Thought it would be a bit bigger and more stems - wish there was photos when selecting the item - for 125 , this looks like a Trader Joe's 20 orchid

Very disappointed that what you sent looked nothing like the picture you used advertising the cactus!

My recipient had to call and ask to replace arrangement flowers were falling apart. I was embarrassed .

Balloons are not as pretty as depicted online, very disappointing . Only one Mylar balloon, supposed to be two. Not worth the money

The arrangement is beautiful but the purple flowers were supposed to be blue like in the web site .

I really appreciate it and such a short notice, I did call a few places to order my wreath to be delivered at the location and everyone said is too late. Thank you Flower Kingdom for my short notice.

I thought the original arrangement was nicer

The floral arrangement is so much smaller than the photo. You'd think for the price, it'd be bigger. I ordered the most popular and this looks more like the classic.

The online photo of the arrangement was much, much fuller with flowers than the actual which had more filler. For $190, I'm really disappointed.

Sorry but this does not look like picture from order. Not at all pleased

I expected more aesthetically. The Cross should sit higher and there should be more blooming flowers.

I asked for a custom pink and lavender arrangement in a vase and got all of the colors in the rainbow. It looks like a " cookie cutter" pre-made arrangement.

The flower arrangement was great, was easy to order, and was exactly what was hoping for. However I gave a lower rating due to the delivery. The flowers were for a special occasion on Sunday. I was told it would be delivered Sunday morning in a box so that I could transport it. It was delivered late at night on Saturday, night before, in no box just the vase. Unfortunately I had to go out and buy a whole new arrangement the next day that I could transport and didn't get to give these flowers.

Usually my flowers are perfect, but this set of roses several are dead already and did not bloom properly. I love the picture idea.

This is not the arrangement we ordered. The original photo showed 6 sunflowers and that's what we wanted.

I had asked for sunflowers - would have appreciated a phone call if this was no longer possible prior to execution. It still looks nice, but I would have appreciated communication. I later found out no one gave these to my father they were left out in the heat all day, he didn't get them till after 10pm and they did not include the balloon I paid for. I'm very disappointed and will be calling the flower shop tomorrow to discuss how this can be made right.

Looks a little smaller than usual for the dollars being spent

I have ordered for years and to be honest I thought the arrangement would be more plentiful for the cost. Very pretty but…

yellow tulips are not even close to being fresh. They are fully open and dropping petals. Very disappointed in the quality.

Was the bouquet beautiful on arrival? Absolutely. Did the flowers start dying after 3 days? Yes. Super disappointing given how costly they were. All dead within a week. And that's with watering everyday and replacing water every 2-3 days. I got given a bad batch or an old one or something. Ordered in the past and the flowers lasted a long time, which is why I am so disappointed in this one I got.
