This is not the arrangement we ordered. The original photo showed 6 sunflowers and that's what we wanted.

I had asked for sunflowers - would have appreciated a phone call if this was no longer possible prior to execution. It still looks nice, but I would have appreciated communication. I later found out no one gave these to my father they were left out in the heat all day, he didn't get them till after 10pm and they did not include the balloon I paid for. I'm very disappointed and will be calling the flower shop tomorrow to discuss how this can be made right.

Looks a little smaller than usual for the dollars being spent

I have ordered for years and to be honest I thought the arrangement would be more plentiful for the cost. Very pretty but…

yellow tulips are not even close to being fresh. They are fully open and dropping petals. Very disappointed in the quality.

Was the bouquet beautiful on arrival? Absolutely. Did the flowers start dying after 3 days? Yes. Super disappointing given how costly they were. All dead within a week. And that's with watering everyday and replacing water every 2-3 days. I got given a bad batch or an old one or something. Ordered in the past and the flowers lasted a long time, which is why I am so disappointed in this one I got.

The orchids are pretty but I selected the purple orchids for a specific reason. If the flowers I selected were not available, someone should have contacted me to see if I wanted to do something different.

I don't like it. Should be a tighter arrangement. Not as nice as the photo on your website.

Balloons are fair, delivery charge outrageous! Will not use again

The bow looks odd or lopsided. Could you send me a picture of how it looks directly from the front? It just doesn't look right from this picture.

I hope the order is as nice as the photo online. I am not impressed with the plastic and the nets being on the flowers. Usually flowers are delivered with a better presentation. 100.00 plus she had been presented better. I understand the protection, but in the future, maybe they should ask their customers. Do they want them on or off.

Not as pretty as the arrangement I selected .. very spacey did not count as many roses.. Maybe more are in the back I am disappointed

Thanks for sending the photo, but the arrangement would look much better without the blue flower which sticks out like a sore thumb.

I appreciate that you send a photo. It proves that you stand by your product. Protea Treat in the website photo shows a square vase in which the blooms are larger than the vase. In the photo you sent me of the arrangement, the blooms are smaller than the vase. The proportion is way off. Can you re-deliver an arrangement that is like the one on the website?

Arrangement delivered is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Unfortunately, although the arrangement has been watered, two days after delivery the roses in the arrangement have already begun to wilt and die. VERY disappointing in view of the price paid for the arrangement. I'm afraid I will have to shop elsewhere for my next floral arrangement.

It's supposed to be 5 medium sized sunflowers. I see only 4 small flowers . Way overpriced at a total of $72.

Beautiful but some of the flowers look old and tired. Look like they are about to die. Not one of your prettier bouquets.
