Hi I ordered the glorious gratitude orchid, not the Bamboo Elegance orchid. I was told the primary difference was the planter it was planted in and I told the person I spoke with on the phone that I wanted to glass planter & the way the photo showed it etc. The white contained this was planted in does not look very nice and dents even look like the Bamboo elegance orchid. This is very very disappointing as this was specifically discussed. please credit me for the difference between the 2 orchids. Thank you, Candace

I cannot say enough good things about Flower Kingdom! I realized late in the day that services for a colleague's mother were the next day - and was scrambling to find a florist to get an arrangement to the services in time. Not only were the folks at Flower Kingdom able to fill my request, but the flowers they put together were absolutely stunning. And the person I spoke with on the phone there was so lovely and attentive to the details. 10 out of 10 - no need to call any other florist: Flower Kingdom will exceed all expectations!
