Ordering flowers from MA to family member in FL can be tricky when you don't know any business in the area! I loved how easy it was to order the arrangement, the follow up with the email after the arrangement was made and confirmation of delivery!! The arrangement was beautiful and easy process from start to finish! Very pleased.

Flowers were beautiful, and recipient loved them. I appreciate seeing a picture of the actual flowers being delivered.

The pink mink and pincushion protea are beautiful. The only regret was the leaves and curly willow were not gracefully done. The stems were not centered in the vase. Just comparing it with what I was expecting per photo of proposed arrangement. The arrangement had a designer price tag and I expected more perfection in the placement of flowers. But I am sure the recipient will be blessed. I much appreciated the photo. Thank you. I also appreciated the kindness of the phone call to let me decide on substitution or delay of delivery. I will use your shop again, should the need arise.

I live in Switzerland and my beloved Aunt lives in West Palm, so Flower Kingdom makes it super easy to get her a gift on special occasions! I love this new feature where I get to see the flowers too! Especially since I often pick the "Designer's Pick" option, so I'm not sure what she's going to get. Thanks for excellent service!
