Hello. I think it's a great idea to send a photo of the flower arrangement, especially when you are unable to attend the service, like us (recent surgery). That being said, to be honest, I am a little disappointed with the arrangement as it looks to be nowhere as “full” as the arrangement that I viewed online. The one online I can see at least 10 white roses. Not seeing that in the arrangement of the photo you sent. The greenery on one side also looks a little droopy, so hoping it perked up a little by the time it arrived at the service. Both the deceased and his partner owned a florist shop for over 40 years, so was hoping for a good quality arrangement. The arrangement may have looked better than the photo you sent as I know sometimes photos can be deceiving, but I just wanted to provide you with my honest opinion. Everything else I was very pleased with. I appreciated the communication from confirmation of the order, to the photo and confirmation that the arrangement was delivered in a timely manner.
