Exceptional! I ordered flowers frequently and need to rely on Google for areas I don't live near, I'm unfamiliar with. It's an important purchase being the whole premise is to brighten someone's day. I have NEVER received a photo of the actual bouquet without asking. I didn't ask, and a photo showed up within the hour, was delivered within four hours and, quite frankly, I'm blown away. The recipient loved them and I loved my experience with Flower Kingdom. Proactive accountability and quality service. Thank you SO much!
