Very thankful for the picture of the funeral, flower arrangement. I was very pleased. You always wonder how they turned out if you weren't able to attend. The family also commented on how beautiful they were. Thank you.

I've purchased flowers at least 8 or more times from Flower Kingdom The last 23 years of marriage. I live off Northlake so it's a convenience for me to shop there. I purchase from Kingdom to have more of an impact or wow factor at my wife's work. In between the special occasions (3-4 x's a year)I routinely get flowers from Trader Joes or Fresh market at a 10th the cost. I get roses from them and fill in the greenery w clippings/filler from my garden, then reuse an old vase from A previous purchase from FK. I'm always surprised how long the flowers last from Trader Joe's or Fresh Market. (Compared to…).Never disappointed how short the life span,( or appearance /presentation/arrangement) is from Flower Kingdom. I have managed my expectations n compromise that it's better to get a wow factor for delivery over having them/flowers wait at home for her for special occasions. I'm paying a huge vig, for delivery. I've thought why don't I get the flowers from Fresh market or Trader a Joe's and pay someone $50 to a deliver service to my wife's work and save $40-50 bucks. Maybe if I was a bigger more consistent client from the florist I'd get the newer/fresher flowers delivered to my wife. I've ?'d is there a client rating like on uber or Airbnb that rates clients score? For now I'll limit my purchases to Flower Kingdom to very very special anniversary's or birthdays. And continue the lower cost flowers from Trader Joe's or Fresh market. Ty for asking my opinion. She got wowed at first presentation. Now the flowers are wilted and starting to tilt, n brown after 3 days in the vase in air conditioning. FYI.

I think this is now the third or fourth time I've used this company in the last several months. Their floral arrangements always go above what I hoped for. They are always well received by the recipients. I plan on using them in the future because of their great communication processes on their website, email, and even text messages. But also, their attention to detail and having their flowers look like what they are promising.
