I've shopped with this store for a long time and have always gotten excellent products until this order. This is the first time I've been disappointed, and that the actual flowers were not of the quality of the product image online, nor of the caliber that I've received in the past. Disappointed, particularly given the special occasion they were for.

The arrangement is beautiful but not what I expected based on the sample photo of what I ordered. I ordered the peonies and hydrangeas arrangement, which didn't have any other flowers in the sample photo. This arrangement seems to be very few hydrangeas and no peonies. It looks like the arrangement includes a lot of lilies, which I don't like and try to minimize in arrangements I purchase. I understand if the specific arrangement I ordered was out of stock but would have appreciated an opportunity to select something else if that's the case.

I like getting the photo. Maybe there is more color than I see but I don't see much.

When I spoke to Flower Kingdom I questioned if they would arrive before the service because on their site it states they cannot guarantee the flowers will be delivered by a particular time. I was assured that they would and was told since it was a church, they may deliver the night before to make sure they were there on time. However, when we arrived at the service the flowers were not there. They arrived about 15 minutes before the service ended and were left in the lobby because of this. Most of the flowers seemed alive and perky, however the purple flowers were sad and droopy as well as a few of the other smaller flower stems and EVERY SINGLE LILY WAS CLOSED. The rest of the flowers looked good but with no lily being opened it looked nothing like the sample photo online.
