I've been using Flower Kingdom to deliver flowers to my wife and they are consistently excellent. We spend most of the year in the NY area, and my wife - who is really into flowers and very particular- uses only one florist up north. I ordered Bright Blooms bouquet from your website. You delivered something different. I thought by using something local there would be less chance of this happening. I could of used FTD and got the same. I was a bit disappointed.

The Flower Arrangemnt was fantastic and loved all the different colors I asked for . Also the little bear was nice touch !Since this was the first time i have used Flower Kingdom I did not like pre photo as at that time I was not sure I was going to get it but inthe future it would be a good idea.I would have given 5 stars but it did not let me!

Always the best flowers

I will never order again!! The flower arrangement was a complete mess. The leaves were almost dead and changing colors, the red roses were limited and the white bag containing the bear was wrinkled, like it was old and reused. My fiancé was extremely disappointed in the quality and presentation of her arrangement.
