I've been ordering several arrangements every year for quite a number of years. I pay a lot so I expect a flawless order and delivery. After Thanksgiving arrangement and this Easters arrangement, im done using your florist. You literally sent me a Pic of the order with an already dead tulip with dropped petals. This is not service at the prices you charge. I should never have to pick up the phone with a problem with the order, and its been nothing but problems the last 3 orders. You've lost a customer

The flowers are already dead after 2 days. Very upset and will be looking for a new flower shop unless this is fixed.

A fast and great experience! My friend had a baby and the flowers were ordered and delivered to her same day in the hospital. The image given was beyond what I expected of the flowers. 10/10

Can't thank you enough for the exquisite arrangement delivered to my mom for Easter. Not only was she thrilled, but the arrangement drew admiring comments... bordering on astonishment... from all who saw it at the building's entrance.
