The arrangement is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I particularly love the unopened lilies as they will last a long time. I think it is wonderful that you send a photo of the bouquet you arranged specific to what was ordered. That aspect of your business is a first class policy. I found your Florist on the Internet and will definitely use you again as well as recommend you to my friend in Palm Beach. Thank you for your excellent service and I would like to mention that your staff is so pleasant, accommodating and respectful. I think it was Rosemary who helped me on the phone, but unfortunately, I did not write down the name of the person with whom I spoke. This does not look quite as pretty as the photo on your website. I'm a bit disappointed in the final product, but thank you for sending the photo.

I appreciate getting a photo of the arrangement. While the flowers were fresh, I was disappointed with the crabby-looking decorations that were used. They may be alright for a beachy arrangement, but I didn't like for Christmas. To me, this arrangement looked like you used leftover decorations. I do not feel it up to your usual high standards.
