First, I would like to commend you on your Service - everything from my initial phone conversation, to your e-mail receipt & delivery updates were Excellent. My sister (the recipient) did send a photo, & I was a bit disappointed to see that it is a Very Dark, Flat Purple with no variation of hues, etc. - very unlike the above photo of color I had anticipated. Thank You.

Customer service on the phone was incredible. Florist was super knowledgeable and nice. After messing up the first order without any question, she helped me get what I was looking for. Flowers were delivered on time and we're absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this florist.
