The flowers were beautiful. The only thing is the stand was not delivered with the pot so the delivery was not as smooth as I had hoped. I picked the arrangement based on color and also the pottery with the stand and it was missing at the delivery. The picture they sent of the arrangement before delivery was accurate but it wasn't what was actually delivered.

I ordered a birthday arrangement online, for my cousin. To my utter delight, Flower Kingdom sent me a picture of the flowers before they were sent to my cousin. They were beautiful! The arrangement was bright and cheerful and the colours were exquisite. My cousin was delighted and sent me a picture too! Great, reliable service. I shall definitely order from Flower Kingdom again and again.

Lilly was so kind and accommodating. She customized our arrangement and delivered promptly. It was so nice being able to speak to an actual person. She emailed a photo of the arrangement and an email as soon as it was delivered. The recipient was thrilled and so were we. Great experience!
