The arrangement was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The photograph is wonderful. the person I talked with on the phone was great! I dislike using 800 numbers to send flowers, I much prefer to speak to a live person in a shop near the recipient and support a family business. This is the second time I have sent flowers to friend who is out-of-state, and the second time I have been pleased. Support small businesses!
