Sorry to say…the flowers arrived in terrible condition…they were limp, loosing petals! Not your usual beautiful arrangement! Very disappointed.

Flower Kingdom absolutely saved the day. I accidentally missed that Mother's Day orders had already closed online, and the website was only allowing Monday delivery by the time I ordered. The staff personally stepped in and helped make sure the flowers were still delivered on Sunday for Mother's Day. They were helpful, respectful, and genuinely cared about making it work. Outstanding customer service and a great local florist.
