Hi, I'm a bit disappointed because the arrangement I received looks much smaller than the one shown on your website. The photo online shows a full peony bouquet, but the one delivered has fewer flowers and a lot more greenery. Could you please help me with a partial refund or replacement?

I needed to find a florist in the Boca Raton area for a Celebration of Life memorial. Since I don't live in Florida, choosing a florist felt like a bit of a leap of faith for such an important and emotional occasion. I placed my order online with Flower Kingdom and hoped for the best. Their website was easy to navigate and offered a wide variety of arrangements at different price points. I chose a mixed-flower arrangement in a basket so the mother of the deceased could take it home afterward. On the day of the memorial, the flowers were delivered right on time, just as promised. The family immediately sent me a photo and were overjoyed with how beautiful the arrangement was. When I later flew down to Florida for the gathering, I was able to see the arrangement in person. I was truly impressed and grateful that Flower Kingdom exceeded my expectations. The flowers were far from the typical carnations and mums. Instead, the basket was filled with an abundant mix of gorgeous, unique blooms. Thank you, Flower Kingdom, for creating such a stunning and meaningful arrangement for a very special day.
