I am beyond frustrated! I placed two orders this week. This one, which had no problems and the flowers were beautiful. And a second VERY important order. A spray that was supposed to go to a funeral. I just got a call an hour after the graveside service

These were supposed to be Gerber daisies! The photo on the website showed 3 Gerbers and I specially said that when I ordered!

Wrong flowers delivered after updating the order, the order was updated prior to delivery and the wrong ones were sent. Very unhappy with the service and wish I would've canceled the order completely.

The flowers I ordered were supposed to be spring colors like purples and pink like my aunt liked. Not fall colors. I'm super disappointed. The funeral is over, wish they would have sent a pic before sending it. Now I'm embarrassed my name came on that bo

The flowers were delivered a day earlier than requested, one day before the viewing and two days before the funeral so by time the funeral was held, the flowers were not fresh and looked dry. Very disappointed.

You have got to be kidding me!!! That is NOTHING like the flowers I ordered!!! They are supposed to be PURPLE!!!... PURPLE HAZE!!! DO NOT DELIVER THOSE FLOWERS TO HER!!! THIS IS HER LAST BIRTHDAY... SHE HAS ALS!!! HAVE ABOTHER PERSON DO THEM OVEF AGAIN...

I couldn't be more disappointed! I chose this arrangement because it had beautiful soft colors and the shape was unique from most funeral flowers. They used typical dark green greenery and made it the same shape as all the others. I'm so sad!!!

Flowers were late. Also, when I called into corporate office, the customer service didn't know anything about what I wanted to know: price on flowers. I didn't like dealing with this at all.

Nothing like the picture. Much smaller. Actually embarrassed that it is so small. Called them before delivery to get something different. They didnt seem to care.
