this looks nothing like the photo even after it was changed. I love flower patch and the girl on the phone was awesome I had to cancel the order because the photo was not what I wanted but I will use flower patch again.

You sent me a preview picture....and I wrote back that I was not pleased. I asked you to change the arrangement, which you did not do...you shipped it anyways. What is the point of sending me a preview? Not at all pleased!!

Had flowers delivered to my mom and they did not look fresh at all. Even though i only paid 30$, they shoulf still be delivered in good condition. Not happy at all.

Here are my comments: 1. Flower were not in enough and the water was full of dirt. 2. You left the flowers on the porch when we were not home. 3. That day was warm and the wind was blowing and the flowers had started to wilt by the time we got home. 4.

I have always ordered flowers for my wife from Flower patch for over 16 years. I have to say these are the worst flowers she has ever received. They were delivered on Wednesday and wilted by Friday. The lily was wilted they day it was delivered, one rose

Sorry the delivery was not completed. We attempted delivery but the recipient was not at home. We left a door tag, but went ahead and set it up for re-delivery.
