Not only did they mess up the date of delivery but one of 2 arrangements finally showed up, after a phone call and a second delivery everything I ordered was there just 1 day late. Never to use the service again

This really looks nothing like the photo of what I ordered. The vase is different and there are a ton of leaves that are ruining the shape of the arrangement compared to the arrangement on your website. I ordered the same product from the Ogden store to

apparently in fine print when i ordered says may be any pastel colors so by the time i got this picture to verify if i even liked this it was already out for delivery. In the order the roses were peach not yellow or i would have never ordered them....If

One in a round basket and one in a square as is shown on the web site. You will notice that they are similar in dimension and each contain four plants and the dimensions listed on line are accurate. We can send the square planter if you desire, please give us a call.
