Disappointed with the colors and ribbon. They look seasonal, patriotic, 4th July. Would prefer bright colors as shown in online pic. For a female recipient, sad about colors, wish they were more feminine. Like getting a picture.

Color and line do not have rhythm. Arrangement not symmetrical. Bright yellow pulls from the beuaty and soft color of the other flowers. Yellow vase may have been more appropriate to tie colors together (maybe). Appropriate vase to flower ratio. Bue

I did not think an orange vase looked good with a purple bow. It would have been very pretty with a different color vase.

I had said that I wanted a bright, spring colorful arrangement - I was hoping for spring colored tulips, not red ones. I would have liked more baby's breath and not so much of the green leaves. It does not look like there are very many flowers there for $

Arrangement was really nice, however roses were wilted. This happened with the Flower Patch in West Valley last time I ordered from them as well. Figured I would give them another chance but not after this. Will look for another delivery service.

The flower/plant basket was not like the one showing online. Missing some color and balance of flowers. The ribbon used was terrible for a sympathy basket. I called the store and they said they would change the ribbon and balance out the basket better.

Well, would you pick this to send if you saw this photo? I don't think it's "delightfully bright", and seems empty. The green berries should be an accessory not a focal point. Compare the photos will you? Would not order this again, as is.

I don't love the colors of the flowers. So if there were an option of preferred colors that would be great! I understand sometime you might not have all colors in. But to have a "preferred color" would be very helpful. Because I thought I was getting the

This is not the arrangement I ordered or paid for. This seems to happen often.... you substitute less expensive and unattractive flowers. If you do not have the flowers I order, then it is your responsibility to inform me at the time of order. This order
