The flowers were very beautiful but bad delivery service. They delivered to the wrong apartment and made it very awkward for the person receiving them.. kind of ruined the “surprise” element.

This arrangement is called summer fun and these are very purple and not fun. Something with Orange and or Yellow would say Summer Fun.

The orange flower and a few others of the flowers were wilted. I was so sad because I've been using you guys for years and have never had wilted flowers. You guys have always done such an amazing job so this was a little unfortunate.

The arrangement doesn't look like the one I saw at the internet, the flowers are closed and have small flowers instead of the bright colors I expected . I understand that the arrangements would vary but it's Totally different even that base

We were expecting more vibrant spring colored flowers as was depicted in the image. This feels more like a fall display not a bright cheery spring get well arrangement as depicted.

Megan, Thank you for your feed back. I was able to catch the driver before he left and counted all the flowers that were in the arrangement. All 9 roses are in the arrangement as well as other extra flowers including the carnations. There were extra stock, snapdragon and Bells of Ireland. My hope is that if you see it in person you will see how stunning it is. We try our very best to have the picture show it true beauty but sometimes the pictures fall short. Thanks again for your feed back we appreciate hearing from our customers.

Beautiful. Except this was for my neighbor whose had a loss. This bouquet looks like the 4th of July. It should have had white or pink carnations, no red in it. The ribbon should have been in a soft color. I'm very disappointed!

I asked the flower arrangement to be mostly about the sunflowers. They said they would be main and then they would put in filler, but the arrangement made the sunflowers the small detail :(
