When I paid for the flowers the delivery time was between 12pm and 5pm, a five hour window, which was perfect. The flowers were not delivered until after 6pm and the receiver was not home then. Fortunately, the flowers were delivered the next morning with

There is supposed to a little butterfly thing around the vase. I don't see it in this photo. I hope it was on there when delivered.

PAID $43.00 WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE BIG, I DONT THINK IT WAS AND I MENTIONED I WANTED A FW ROSES WHICH I DONT SEE, OFFERED TO PAY MORE AND WASNT EXPLAINED FURTHER, MAYBE HAVE MORE OPTIONS FOR CLIENTS NEXT TIME AND WAYS TO UPGRADE LIKE $10.00 MORE FOR 6 ROSES

From the picture of what I ordered online it had some bright pink roses and berries and made it look much fuller and brighter.

I ordered a special balloon to be inserted with this order however it was forgotten they did deliver it 3 hours later but it wasn't the same as it was supposed to be one big gift

Did not include card or note as instructed very poor follow through on the total order the flowers were beautiful and very much enjoyed but when my wife received them she had no idea initially who they were from
