The online ordering form has a delivery default, don't get caught out on this. Also, I was not home when the delivery came and instead of trying to call me (there was someone else at home) they brought it back to one of the stores.

We are sorry for your frustration, we have not had a issue with this before, the website lets you select pick up or delivery, if you select delivery you need to put in a delivery address. You should have also received a instant email confirmation of all the details of your order. I do show notes from the driver saying there was no one answering the door so he did try to call the number on the order while he was there but the phone number was a bad number. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

It looks cute - but the flowers look a little wilted and brown on the edges --- is it just the picture? It's a little blurry, so I can't completely tell.

My order wasn't delivered on the day I expected. I called and sent an email and was notified that it would be sent out today. However the driver's GPS wasn't able to locate the LDS Church. I saw the flower patch truck pulled over and that time the driver

The flowers are pretty but I asked for very bright and cheery. In person they might be a bit brighter but from the photo it was not exactly what I was expecting. Great service though, same day delivery, friendly staff.

I've ordered a number of times from Flower Patch. This was the first time I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Arrangement looked sad almost immediately and a lot of petals fell by the next day. Not impressed.

Don't really love the spring pale pink and the fall dark red together...and the dark red one looks like it is already wilting...hope that is just in the picture. I do love that I get to see what was actually sent.

Are the lilies not supposed to be opened? This does not look the same as the picture of the flowers when I ordered. I am sure they will open soon but the effect is the first moment they are delivered and this lacks that, at least from this picture.

Sorry but I thought there was going to be a scarecrow not a turkey. I don't really like the turkey and I thought there would be two different colored flowers

I was with the impression the smaller flowers would be white & the bigger one was yellow i believe? Looks different. Colors on the original pictures look way better.

Wrong arrangement of flowers were delivered. I drove to flower patch on 3500 West and picked up the right flowers. I asked for a delivery refund.

They look great but look like they have already all Bloomed. My wife likes when there are a few left unopened so it surprises her. Pending on how she likes them I'll order again or not.

I would have liked to pick the color of the vase, as red is not at all what I wanted. The flowers look nice, though the holes make it look like its missing something.
