Can I fit more up beat and colorful flowers? Wax flower, or Heather, etc. maybe a gerber daisy, 🤷🏻‍♂️ what do you think?

The flowers are beautiful and exactly as I ordered. We ordered a lot of flowers at the same time so it may have just been a mix up but my flowers had a blank card so if I wouldn't have attended the funeral, Noone would've known who the flowers were from.

Thank you for the photo. It's beautiful but I requested by phone and followed up with an email to have Curley Willow in the arrangement so it would not look so standard. Adding now would not be a good idea, it would look like an afterthought.

Why do the roses always droop on the third Day???!?

The flowers were lovely but they sent different candies from the ones I ordered. I ordered ones I knew the person would like and they sent a candy she didn't like. If they ran out of the ones I ordered I wish they would have just let me know and refunded that part of the order instead.

Very pretty. When I put in zip code it said could deliver yesterday. Filled out form change date to next day. Now delivered day after birthday :(

I enjoy getting photos of the arrangements I order - which is the #1 reason I choose Flower Patch over other florists. However, this time I received a photo of one of the arrangements I ordered but not the other one. The second arrangement was also not delivered initially with the first, so I had to call to follow up. They then delivered that arrangement right away, which I appreciated. The initial phone call to order the arrangements was somewhat difficult. The person taking the order did not allow me to email the card message (which I have been able to do with literally any other florist) or order a designer's choice arrangement at a certain price point -- I had to select one of the designs from the website. I order flowers for someone or another on average once or twice a week, and this particular experience was a disappointing one - I think largely due to staff turnover and training new staff, which is completely understandable. Hopefully those issues are resolved soon.

The customer service was great and I liked seeing the photo. Although the flower arrangement was lovely, it was not close to the example given (sent picture) and the idea of what I was hoping to order. The vase was also really liked. Thank you.

I was expecting more pastel colors, also the bow needed work. Thank you for getting there on time

The flowers are beautiful but they aren't the roses that I picked for the arrangement.

Hmmmm. I expected larger for $250 but I can not really appreciate the size just from the photo. I had asked for red yellow and orange roses to be in a fall autumn Halloween arrangement. I do like the colors used and it has appeal just not what I expected

This looks very skimpy compared to the picture online that I ordered. It's pretty but should have a lot more flowers in it. I'm looking at your website and this looks more like the $50 Sincere Thoughts Masculine Spray instead of the $60 Deepest Sympathy Masculine Spray, which is what I ordered.

I appreciate the photo but the attention to detail is lacking. The ribbon is tiny compared to the stock photo on the website and the filler flowers are sparse making the arrangement look empty. Also, $10 to deliver $20 flowers is ridiculous.

I appreciate getting the photo. I've placed a lot of orders and never before had an issue but today I am disappointed in the "You Made Me Daisy" bouquet. My wife's favorite color is purple and that is the only reason why I got it because per the picture on the website there was a lot of purple flowers in it.

Not excited about the color of the roses. I was looking forward to the color that was in the original photo and I certainly hope there isn't a partial dead petal on the middle rose. All in all it is pretty and you guy's have always done me right and your arrangements have always been amazing! This is the first one I've ever seen that I've ever been a little disappointed with.

Well, the flowers were beautiful BUT . . . we only received 31 flowers and should have had 41 (for our 41st anniversary). However, I called today and your office is going to credit back to my visa the difference from the 10 missing flowers.

Cost. I expected a larger arrangement.

I really love how easy it was to order and that a photo was sent. However, I feel like the structure of the arrangement is not the quality of what I saw on-line. I understand the colors and flowers may not be exact, but what was on-line vs the photo are not the same quality. I feel disappointed. It was so much money too.

They really don't look like the photo on your website, they look very separated and not full, I'm not very impressed with the amount I paid.

The order was for one star gazing lily in the arrangement and the other one went in the small arrangement in her casket.

The flowers were beautiful but much smaller than pictured.
