Was promised delivery between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm same day. Delivery came at 3:45pm not a big deal normally but this was time sensitive and put me showing up before the flowers so there was some intense awkwardness between us for a minute.

So this is my first time giving feedback. I am a long time flower patch customer and I normally spend anywhere between $350 to $400 for a custom arrangement. While in the past I have been mostly satisfied with the customized arrangements This particular arrangement fell a little short of expectation. I'm not sure if my preference was not relayed properly to the designer but what I asked for was tall, full and exotic. The arrangement fell short on the full aspect but hit a home run on the tall and exotic. I do wish to continue using Flowerpatch in the future as I'm sure that this may have been an oversight. Thank you for your time.

They look beautiful but I sent a email asking them to be combined into one bouquet. Also my wife called this morning and talk to someone to make sure that they would be combined into one bouquet and they said that it would not be a problem.

Where's the baby's breath? I was disappointed for the price. The red bow clashes with the red of the roses. And I pictured the arrangement t filled out and a little bigger. I could have done this from the grocery store. Seriously, who takes an hour to take an order for flowers? Whether you're training new employees or not, you should still put the customer first. First time, last time customer. Competition is great out there, you've got to step it up.

While the flowers they sent me a picture of were pretty, they look nothing like the picture. I understand that things may be out of stock or not in supply, but the bouquet they sent me a picture of has three big flowers. While, in the picture of what I thought I bought had about 15 smaller flowers that made the bouquet look fuller and prettier. I just wish this looked more like the photo like I was expecting.
