"Ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's 75th birthday but they didn't show up until the following day. Took 3 separate phone calls (and eventually coordinating with her directly from my end) to finally get the flowers to her because Flower Patch employees never called her to arrange a delivery time that worked with her schedule. I was then told by a manager that they had attempted to re-deliver them the evening of her birthday which wasn't true because they had a house full of people there celebrating the occasion. Very disappointing experience."

I loved my service at Flower Patch,especially the sweet awesome lady that helped me. We got one little problem though.The balloons that I ordered with it, didn't go with the bouquet and the card.

The whole process was fast and easy! They delivered before their estimated time. The cost with the delivery was very reasonable! Highly recommend if you need to send anything to St Marks Hospital!

Good afternoon, I'm very disappointed with the service. The flower delivery was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but no one arrived and I still have no update on where the flowers are. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the surprise and caused a very bad experience. At this point, I would like a full refund, since the delivery was not completed as promised. I would appreciate an immediate response and solution. Thank you.

I'm grateful for Flower Patch for being so accommodating. We needed flowers for a Memorial service in less than 24 hours. I was able to go directly to the store nearby and received the support, service and flowers 💐 so easily. They sent me a picture of the arrangement ready for delivery the next morning. Such a refreshing experience. 😊
