"Ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's 75th birthday but they didn't show up until the following day. Took 3 separate phone calls (and eventually coordinating with her directly from my end) to finally get the flowers to her because Flower Patch employees never called her to arrange a delivery time that worked with her schedule. I was then told by a manager that they had attempted to re-deliver them the evening of her birthday which wasn't true because they had a house full of people there celebrating the occasion. Very disappointing experience."

This looks nothing like the original picture of “Garden of Remembrance.” I tried calling but the phones are off. Please remove those large yellow flowers. I asked for a TINY pop of pale yellow. Not anything big or bright. The hydrangeas were an ivory in the picture, not a bright white. Please make it look similar to the picture.

I love the order. It's beautiful and I do like getting pictures before they're sent. That's a good idea. You guys do amazing work where I can't do myself and where I can't bring them myself. Good job ladies.

I was very pleased. The arrangement was just like the picture and it was delivered on time when they said it would be. I really appreciate that especially nowadays and there's so much promise and not enough follow-through. Thank you for making my daughters birthday a little brighter
