"Ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's 75th birthday but they didn't show up until the following day. Took 3 separate phone calls (and eventually coordinating with her directly from my end) to finally get the flowers to her because Flower Patch employees never called her to arrange a delivery time that worked with her schedule. I was then told by a manager that they had attempted to re-deliver them the evening of her birthday which wasn't true because they had a house full of people there celebrating the occasion. Very disappointing experience."

Beautiful flower arrangement! Great customer service! They were friendly and very helpful. I was really happy and grateful to receive a photo of the flowers before the arrangement was delivered.This is the 1st time in a long time I actually feel like the flowers and the service were worth the cost.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday while she was visiting our new grandson. I am in Philadelphia and found them online. Could not have been happier. Easy to order, delivered when they said and my wife loved them.

It's pretty but for $120.00 I expected more. Other than the 3 roses, the flowers used were not premium flowers. I asked for it to be super special.
