"Ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's 75th birthday but they didn't show up until the following day. Took 3 separate phone calls (and eventually coordinating with her directly from my end) to finally get the flowers to her because Flower Patch employees never called her to arrange a delivery time that worked with her schedule. I was then told by a manager that they had attempted to re-deliver them the evening of her birthday which wasn't true because they had a house full of people there celebrating the occasion. Very disappointing experience."

I loved my experience with the Flower Patch. I initially ordered with a different company and got to their check-out and they added a surprise, large service fee. I immediately canceled my order and came over to Flower Patch. The experience was so easy and seamless. They quickly created the most beautiful bouquet. I'm so thankful for them. It was all from start to finish, ordered and delivered within three hours. They also sent me a picture of the bouquet. I Love That!!! Well done Flower Patch. I highly recommend using them. They will be the only ones I will be using from now on.

I was so happy with how the flower arrangements turned out. We realized we were missing a few boutonnieres with only 30 minutes remaining for the service to begin. Excellent service and the arrangement was even better than anticipated. Due to the viewing being on Sunday and the funeral on Monday, the flowers were delivered on Saturday. It was just as the photo. By Sunday evening and the viewing some of the younger buds had started to open and the display more radiant. It was very fitting for a wonderful lady. Thank you.
