"I wanted to send flowers to funeral service for a co-worker who lost his brother. I was referred to Flower Patch. Alise was very helpful over the phone, and the process was extremely quick & easy! I placed the order on Thursday, and they were delivered on Friday evening. I even received a photo of the arrangement, and it was absolutely beautiful!"

The flowers look great. I will also say, awesome customer service. I made a mistake on the note and I was able to call and have it corrected no problem. Received a text from who we sent the bouquet to and they are very pleased and moved by the arrangement.

Order doesn't meet expectations. Comparing side by side photo it looks like the arrangement you made is missing some flowers, is less full than what was advertised... makes it look cheaper. I had the same issue with my last order but didn't say anything. So as far as I'm concerned that 0 for 2 and I guess it's time for me to look for a new florist. A couple positives, promptness and I do like that you sent an image of it. Because of those in I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. Ultimately, the product is most important and, again, you didn't meet the standard that was advertised on the website. Cheers
