"From the picture it looked okay not exactly what I asked for. When I went to viewing on Sunday evening the roses were extremely drooping and it didn’t look very good. I know they had to deliver it on Saturday evening but I feel it should have looked more fresh after only 24 hours.

I truly appreciated the entire process of creating this bouquet to celebrate my daughter's first baby. Samantha's personal attention, her effort to achieve an outcome that would be satisfying and going the extra mile was gratifying. Lovely!

I requested to see if we can get flowers delivered by five or 530. They delivered at 3:36 left outside my house in the heat when they were supposed to call me and let me know what would be the next step to make sure the flowers were fresh and the cinnamon chocolate didn't melt. This was for my anniversary.
