Being from a different state and ordering online was super easy. I had to call the store several times and each time, the employee was super helpful and friendly. Also, I have never had a florist send a picture of the actual arrangement when completed. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. The recipient's family was very pleased and happy with the arrangement. I would definitely recommend Flower Patch and would order again.

Although they are very beautiful, there's not as many lilies as the past few times, well that I can see in the picture and the stargazers haven't had that bright vibrant red, pink color. Like they did the first 2 times.

The flowers themselves were nice! However the delivery time options were wide in Rand the choice they had that I picked was to be delivered between 3-7pm. I put the recipients name so they knew who to hand them too. They delivered the flowers at 12pm and didn't give them to the recipient as she was not there yet. However when I called to verify the delivery time just before 3pm they told me that they had already been delivered and left with the recipient at 12pm. I told them no that that was impossible cuz the recipient wasn't there until 2pm. They insisted that they gave it to the correct person and wouldn't acknowledge that they failed to do what they were hired to do. I wouldn't recommend them
