I never saw the flowers and thought they weren't delivered. I went to the shop wanting a refund. After the service representative made some calls it was determined that the flowers had been placed on the guest book table. I never saw the table because my husband signed it. It was a funeral and my thoughts were not on the guest book table. I just knew they weren't inside the service nor the viewing. I'm not sure how to rate them. Just saw a photo of.

Looks great as always. However, I was expecting more reds and oranges for a “Fall” arrangement.

We actually got 2 different arrangements that needed to be delivered 2 different places. The lady I worked with was very kind and very efficient. She told me that in this arrangement the flowers in front would soon bloom, which was nice to know. I love the picture and I appreciate the e-receipt as well as the paper one.
