They did not change the roses. They're the same roses that was in it before we told her Amanda that they were too opened. Molly said they needed to be that's the way they're supposed to look drooping leaves on the roses. She said it may be the lighting I'll see them later on tonight those, the picture doesn't really show. Seems like The blue Delphine in on the left side is too hidden, but Molly said she would look at it . Thank you so much they're beautiful.

Those roses look like they're already bloomed. Aren't they supposed to be closed so in a couple of days they open up I understood it was gonna have a blue ribbon. I don't know how the blue ribbon would look with that red because he was in the military I'll ask my sister what she thinks. Can you take a picture without the card? There doesn't really show how the arrangement looks with that card. It doesn't look like there's enough flowers. I know this is all we paid for, but it seems to empty. I don't know maybe the green filler there's not enough. It is really pretty

My mom loved the flowers. Looked just like the picture. Great job. But you were not accommodating in delivering them to the restaraunt where my prents had their anniversary dinner. That was dissappointing. Delivery manager could be more courteous.

Unfortunately no one was home for initial delivery which is on me but rescheduling was terrible. The phone numbers provide in the voicemail, email, and text never worked. Then the card left on the door didn't provide any info no number or email or even store name! I had to call a specific store and go through an associate to get everything fixed!

The selection/ordering process was quick and simple, and the arrangement was beautiful and just as advertised.

I am very impressed with this florist! Not only are the bouquets beautiful, but they are very pleasant and prompt. Sending a photo of the actual finished product was a big plus! I have never seen the final product before unless the recipient sent me a photo of it. They will have my business again!

The flowers were beautiful and cheery! They delivered the same day and everything was just as ordered. The only issue I had was they did not include who they were from. However, the recipient guessed correctly. I was able to see the flowers in person the day after they delivered to my friend and they were just perfect! : )
