The flowers were nice but I found it odd that the arrangement was one sided. Flowers didn't go around the back.

There is a reason you found this arrangement in the sympathy section. We only allow arrangements to be ordered from the Mother's Day menu for the holiday, but we also leave sympathy active for funerals that may happen during the week. Most sympathy arrangements are one-sided because they will be against a wall at a funeral home. Next time, stick to the menu for the occasion and you won't have any issues. Hope this helps!
