Hydrangeas are not vibrant… pale . Roses are already opened so much… very little greenery. Also difficult to see well because of the background.

Yes, if you recall we discussed the bow, but I advised against it as it would cover the cross on the pot which was the main feature of the gift. I thought we had agreed on no bow by the end of our call. My apologies. I did not charge you for the bow.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and kind. However, I was a little disappointed in the arrangement. I do know that it's impossible to have the actual thing look like the photo online, but the smaller arrangement online seemed to look way bigger and fluffier than the bigger more expensive one that we actually got. Again, the employees and staff are super friendly and amazing. I did like getting the photo prior when I saw it. I was just hoping it looked that way because it was a picture. I was really hoping seeing it in person would have changed my mind unfortunately it didn't.

We were somewhat disappointed by the photo of the delivered arrangement. It lacked the contrast in colors and density of greenery that led my siblings and I to choose the spray we did. As pictured on the website, the contrast in colors and thickness of the greenery provided for an arrangement that was beautiful, elegant and a statement piece. This was important for us for our sister in laws funeral. While the arrangement you designed was pretty, we would not have chosen to pay $300 for it. I will say you were timely in your delivery and customer service.

The customer service was great , but the flower arrangement not so much. I ordered a deluxe and it is far from a deluxe in size. In fact, it was so small that I'm sure the next size up which is the largest would have been small. Very disappointed in the arrangement size.

I am the manager and I stood over the salesperson who sold this to you. She explained in great detail the size of your arrangement. And you are correct, each upgrade is the same form size with upgraded flowers, not size. This was also explained.

For purposes of this public review, I just wanted to note what we spoke about- The arrangement is over 2ft tall, the downward angle of the photo is dwarfing the perspective a bit. These flowers also just arrived from the farm so they are fresh and tight. Over time they will open and spread to fill in more space. This way they will last much longer for your friend! I hope this helps!

I am sorry but I really don't like this. I was hoping for just mostly the pink and then the white daisies. I did not really like all the different colors in it. This is for a 10 year old who was in our 4th grade class so I just wanted it to be simple. I guess I'll have to deal with it now but we paid a lot of money and I'm sad that I wasn't clear with what I wanted.

The arrangement is very pretty, but it doesn't look like it did on the web site. I specifically picked this arrangement because it had a purple vase and some purple accent flowers, and my mom loves purple. I'm disappointed it appears to have a clear vase.

It does state online, where you ordered from, that the colors will vary for the flowers and container. That being said, there are purple flowers in there as this is an all-around arrangement and you just can't see the other sides in the photo. We will add a few more stems of purple for you so they can be visible from all sides, but we do not have a purple container in stock.

The flowers were large and beautiful. The arrangement was disappointing because yellow chrysanthemums appeared only on one side of the arrangement, the delphiniums were mostly wilted, very few filler flowers and you could see the oasis when up close.
