To avoid this issue going forward, I would let the sales associate know your vase/color preferences when you are placing the order. The order was a designers choice, so the designer picked out the container, but if you have preferences in mind we would be happy to accommodate those in the future!

Roses at the bottom look like they are falling off the arrangement? I'd prefer the outside roses inside the greenery.

It does not look to be nearly as full of an arrangement as the picture on the website. It could use a few more stems! I do love getting a picture of the actual arrangement though- thank you!

This is the second time using George's in the past month or so, and although I was very pleased with my first experience, this time not so much. This arrangement is sparser than the arrangement I chose or the photo on the website.

I have always in the past been thrilled with anything I have gotten from George's and this time I was sorely disappointed in the bouquet as I had requested the bouquet to be light pink , white and paid extra to have roses instead of carnations. As you can see from above the bouquet was far from my expectations. I had to get additional flowers (which George's did give me). But I had to take bouquet apart and remake it which was not part of my plans for the day!

If you would like to call and upgrade, we can add more roses. You ordered this online and it is a recipe arrangement, so it is filled to value by the recipe pictured online. It has exactly as many roses in it as it has in the photo you ordered from.

I was hoping that the orange lilies would be in bloom for my event. They were pretty but lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. Good service. Would have chosen another arrangement if I had known.

Hydrangeas are not vibrant… pale . Roses are already opened so much… very little greenery. Also difficult to see well because of the background.
