This is the second time using George's in the past month or so, and although I was very pleased with my first experience, this time not so much. This arrangement is sparser than the arrangement I chose or the photo on the website.

The one on the left was supposed to be a corsage not a bouquet.

I have always in the past been thrilled with anything I have gotten from George's and this time I was sorely disappointed in the bouquet as I had requested the bouquet to be light pink , white and paid extra to have roses instead of carnations. As you can see from above the bouquet was far from my expectations. I had to get additional flowers (which George's did give me). But I had to take bouquet apart and remake it which was not part of my plans for the day!

I wish there were more roses. This is beautiful. Thanks.

I was hoping that the orange lilies would be in bloom for my event. They were pretty but lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. Good service. Would have chosen another arrangement if I had known.

I guess when you're no used to ordering flowers I was somewhat taken back by the cost. They were beautiful, but not as big as I expected Thank you

Same day delivery was great. Glad to receive a text upon delivery and picture of plant- a very nice touch.

The flowers look amazing as always. The customer service is bar non The best there.

It's pretty but much smaller and less vibrant colors for sure.

Hydrangeas are not vibrant… pale . Roses are already opened so much… very little greenery. Also difficult to see well because of the background.

Too much green filler for a $150 arrangement

Order looks great but was not happy paying the service charge just to deliver it to Salem!

The flower where healthy and fresh and beautiful, but I did ask for a blue ribbon .

The flowers were beautiful but there were repeated words and a typo in the final sentence of my included message/card. For the price paid for the flowers I would've hoped there would have been a more thorough proof read first.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and kind. However, I was a little disappointed in the arrangement. I do know that it's impossible to have the actual thing look like the photo online, but the smaller arrangement online seemed to look way bigger and fluffier than the bigger more expensive one that we actually got. Again, the employees and staff are super friendly and amazing. I did like getting the photo prior when I saw it. I was just hoping it looked that way because it was a picture. I was really hoping seeing it in person would have changed my mind unfortunately it didn't.

I was surprised that 2 of the same arrangement from 2 different people was sent to the same family.

We were somewhat disappointed by the photo of the delivered arrangement. It lacked the contrast in colors and density of greenery that led my siblings and I to choose the spray we did. As pictured on the website, the contrast in colors and thickness of the greenery provided for an arrangement that was beautiful, elegant and a statement piece. This was important for us for our sister in laws funeral. While the arrangement you designed was pretty, we would not have chosen to pay $300 for it. I will say you were timely in your delivery and customer service.

I don't like the bow. While I am no florist, I feel that the printed ribbon looks cheap and distracts from the arrangement. I like getting the photo
