I ordered the monthly package for my daughter and her husband as a Christmas gift. I was visiting the day after the February arrangement arrived last week and was disappointed the blue hydrangea in the arrangement was already wilted. Photo of the arrangement is a nice feature.

Barbara, thank you for taking time to leave a review. We apologize for the disappointment. Our website states that a plant with blooms is not guaranteed as this is dependent on growing season and our suppliers. However, with proper care, it will bloom!

I do like getting a photo of the flowers before they are sent. That's a nice feature. I saw the arrangement in person today & it seemed kind of small for what I paid. It was very pretty, not as large as I was hoping it would be.

Well, the sprig on the left looks short, wilted and dying. Takes away from the whole arrangement. Could you please replace that sprig to one equal to the other two tall ones?? Also, it is sympathy but would like a little pleasant/happy color added like small blooms of pink scattered… flowers to represent…sympathy/blue Alzheimer's/purple female&love/pink… Thank you in advance. I will call to follow up at 9:00.

The arrangement is beautiful. I cannot see it costing $125. It's much much smaller than I expected. I would like to see a picture of it, sitting on the table, looking straight at it.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! While the phone representative was polite, they were not very knowledgeable about the products. After the first photo did not meet my needs, I had to call a second time. I would recommend additional product education for phone representatives, or allowing customers to speak directly with a designer when requested.

PM, We are happy to fulfill specific requests and are one of the only florists that send the actual photo of the arrangement your recipient will receive. It is important to note that you were given several options and we did even take the time to go and look for a tall square vase at your specific request. There is an additional fee for a designer consultation, so if you choose to work with us again we will add that to your order and you can speak directly to them. We are glad you liked the arrangement overall.
