I was soo disappointed that flower arrangement was so little!!! It made me sick that I spent that much money on something so small!!!! Very disappointing!!!!!

It does not have the same shape, nor the same color variety, as the photo online. It's mostly just yellow & red. Disappointed!

Thank you for speaking with us on Saturday, so we could make the adjustments of adding the pink snapdragons to the arrangement. The shape of the arrangement is hard to tell in this photo, along with with dark purple flowers.

Our peace lilies are never guaranteed to have blooms as they go through growing seasons outside of our control. Blooms are just based on what is available and none of them are in bloom right now.

If only there was babies breath 😏 my mom said it looked like someone cut the roses out of a yard, didn't clean them up AT ALL and stuck in a vase . She was also given no powder for the water. I will not order again from George's as I have for years☹️

This arrangement is nothing compared with the picture on your website and what I ordered for my brother's memorial service today. There is no beauty to this arrangement. No vibrant colors as I ordered. Very upsetting and my siblings will be as well.

The arrangement was very small. When we selected Deluxe, we expected something larger other than the price. Although it tends to be more expensive, when it comes to arrangements, I try to shop locally. At least with 1-800-Flowers I was offered more than an apology when my arrangement was less than satisfactory.

In the future I would recommend reading online listings clearly before ordering or calling with any questions. The deluxe upgrade does increase the size by a few inches, but the additional monies mostly go into more premium flowers. Your order was made to the correct specifications and we are not able to make refunds when no mistakes have been made on our part. It is worth noting, all of our large wreaths and hearts start at $200, so this being $150 remains in the small size range which is made clear on our website.

This is an all-around arrangement with two full size roses, one is in the back. Normally there would be 2 stems of miniature roses, but they had to be substituted for berries of equal value as the mini roses were not up to par with our quality. It is also worth noting that the arrangement itself is $50. Feel free to call us back if you would like to discuss further.

I asked for no purple when ordering,upon seeing the picture of the arrangement prior to delivery and all the purple in the arrangement I called to have it adjusted.I trusted the man on the phone that could see the arrangement when he said there was no purple but that it was blue. He sounded insulted that I requested the adjustment and that I clearly didn't know my colors so I didn't have the heart to ask for the 2 wirey pussywillow branches to be removed.When the flowers arrived there were in fact Royal purple irises and lavender shoots of flowers very prominent in the arrangement. So, no accommodation of my original request, unpleasant attitude upon calling...not sure why the pre-arrival picture is sent if unwillingness to correct the flowers or adjust the arrangement is respected. I threw out half of the arrangement to make it look as per my request and re-request, which was an unfortuately expensive and unpleasant experience.

I always order from you guys and the last two times I haven't been very pleased but didn't say anything. Well I just had to say something this time because I pay for the whole family and this gets expensive for an ugly product. Some of the flowers look half dead. I was not pleased with this one at all. You guys usually do better than anyone. Shame on you.

Spray was delivered at 10:08 am for at 12PM visitation. Nothing should have happened to the flowers in this short time. The image emailed is the actual spray we delivered. George

The hydrangea look like that due to their freshness. They just arrived from the farm and look a little compressed at first. Throughout the day they will fill in and last even longer than usual. Hope this helps!

The peace lilly sent to the funeral home was a disgrace! It was supposed to be in a basket but instead it was in a plain pot. No ribbon and no basket. An embarrassment to me and my husband.

This is the 49th year Ive purchased a dozen roses for Kay on 8/2. I don't recall how many of those years were from George's, but as far back as I can remember. This years arrangement, in my opinion, was the worst quality I've seen. There was/is a brownish tint to the arrangement, from the babies breath as best I could tell. Kay accepted them for what they were. I don't mind paying a bit of a premium for quality, but this is unacceptable compared to decades of purchases there. JH

There is upgraded greenery and accent that is tinted slightly with an earthy brown color, so I could see how it may appear that they are older. However, I want to assure you that is not the case! As a repeat customer, please always call us when you have any concern. We would much rather speak to you on the phone and fix any problems the same day rather than find out days later that you were unhappy.
