I can't give a rating yet. They were supposed to be placed in a basket. The picture isn't clear, but it looks like there is only white paper wrapped around it.

The person I talked to recommended this arrangement and it's not really what I wanted. The arrangement to me was not very pretty. And the angel could hardly be seen because it was so small. BTW my name is not Cami. It's Tammy.

The arrangement that was sent was nothing like what I ordered. I chose “Sparks Fly” for the fall colors - orange, yellow and red roses, yellow golden rod and purple liatris. What I got was pink gerbera and drooping delphiniums. Very disappointing!!!

No one was rude to your wife. We offered to make the changes we were capable of making same day and she accepted those changes. Flowers grow from the ground and I informed her that if someone is particular about colors it is recommended to come into the store to see samples prior to ordering as we can never guarantee anything natural to be exact. She ordered online and our website clearly states "Due to the unique nature of flowers, flowers may need to vary. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute product of equal or greater value." This is the agreement made when web orders are placed.

Thank you for speaking with us on Saturday, so we could make the adjustments of adding the pink snapdragons to the arrangement. The shape of the arrangement is hard to tell in this photo, along with with dark purple flowers.

Our peace lilies are never guaranteed to have blooms as they go through growing seasons outside of our control. Blooms are just based on what is available and none of them are in bloom right now.

If only there was babies breath 😏 my mom said it looked like someone cut the roses out of a yard, didn't clean them up AT ALL and stuck in a vase . She was also given no powder for the water. I will not order again from George's as I have for years☹️

This arrangement is nothing compared with the picture on your website and what I ordered for my brother's memorial service today. There is no beauty to this arrangement. No vibrant colors as I ordered. Very upsetting and my siblings will be as well.

We close at 1pm, we cannot deliver after that time. Our hours are listed on our website very clearly. All of our deliveries are finished before 1pm on Saturdays.
