The roses did not last 3 days before they wilted. They were already past full bloom when delivered. This was not your normal quality.

I love ordering flowers from George's and I love that they send a photo of what the arrangement looks like. They usually do a great job. However, this time, I dont feel like the quality is there. I will continue to order from George's, but I am displeased with the arrangement today. It doesnt look anything like what I ordered for my cousin's funeral.

I usually love your arrangements, but this one really missed the mark. It doesn't have the airy style I requested, and the flowers used feel lower-end than expected for an almost $200 arrangement. This was intended for our Board Chair's wife, and unfortunately, my Head of School was quite disappointed. I wanted to share this feedback since I truly value your work.

A contractor delivered roses, but one was completely broken. Unable to reach them on the phone, I emailed customer support. They insisted I bring the entire arrangement to them for repairs, despite having already paid almost $40 for delivery. Regrettably, this exact issue had occurred last year, but they had resolved it by sending out another arrangement. I was assured that they would no longer employ that contractor. On a positive note, I've ordered flowers for occasions other than major holidays, and they've always arrived undamaged and looking beautiful. However, I was disappointed this time and didn't have the time to return the flowers on Valentine's Day. Consequently, I won't be paying for delivery for flowers on holidays in the future.

I ordered these flowers, along with a container of chocolates and a set of fuzzy little critters for my sister for Valentines Day. The driver called her to let her know she was getting a delivery and she had him deliver to her office a few blocks away. She got the flowers, but no chocolates and no fuzzy critters! After several phone calls with George's, this was NEVER resolved. She never got the other 2 items that ultimately cost me approx $65!!!! I am not happy about this and will be hesitant to use them again in the future. George's….DO BETTER!!

The picture that was sent for approval was of the flowers that I ordered but it was extremely blurry. Then the flowers that were delivered were wrong. I ordered the butterfly kisses and a dozen roses were delivered. I then had to take the time the following day to return the roses and get the right bouquet. This is the second time something like this has happened.

When we spoke on the phone, I gave you the option for us to come to your house and bring you the correct arrangement. You chose to come by the shop. The photo we provide is a courtesy to showcase what is being sent, and again I do apologize for the quality. The person I talked to recommended this arrangement and it's not really what I wanted. The arrangement to me was not very pretty. And the angel could hardly be seen because it was so small. BTW my name is not Cami. It's Tammy.

The arrangement that was sent was nothing like what I ordered. I chose “Sparks Fly” for the fall colors - orange, yellow and red roses, yellow golden rod and purple liatris. What I got was pink gerbera and drooping delphiniums. Very disappointing!!!

Flowers grow from the ground and I informed her that if someone is particular about colors it is recommended to come into the store to see samples prior to ordering as we can never guarantee anything natural to be exact. She ordered online and our website clearly states "Due to the unique nature of flowers, flowers may need to vary. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute product of equal or greater value." This is the agreement made when web orders are placed.

It does not have the same shape, nor the same color variety, as the photo online. It's mostly just yellow & red. Disappointed!

Thank you for speaking with us on Saturday, so we could make the adjustments of adding the pink snapdragons to the arrangement. The shape of the arrangement is hard to tell in this photo, along with with dark purple flowers.
