The plant was never delivered to the Church. I want the price returned to my credit card.
Our delivery manager delivered this personally to the church. We have a key to the church and left it in the front foyer for the church staff to place in the sanctuary. It is likely a family member took the plant or it was misplaced by staff. Either way, we did complete this delivery.
Sorry but this was my first time for ordering flowers from your florist and I was very disappointed. I asked for the ribbon around the vase to be pink and purple I only got purple, I asked for the roses to be pink and purple and I got many other colors with just one or maybe two purple ones and other colors some with pink and there were other colors within it. The flowers did not look fresh. I was SO DISSAPOINTED.

Look fine. I texted a request that you sub red flowers of any kind in cat arrangement, but you apparently didn't see the text. I didn't see online where I could make that request. It's done now and FINE!! NO need to redo or make any type of adjustment! I just thought you'd like to know that online communication can be tricky! Thank you.

The flower colors are beautiful; however, the arrangement looks like a bouquet I could've purchased at Kroger. The raffia is disappointing. I was expecting more of a "George's" presentation.

This arrangement was extremely small and didn't reflect the photo that I saw to purchase. I am very disappointed and tried to let the staff know prior, but even more disappointed when I saw it in person.

However, the arrangement was filled to the value paid and the measurements are listed online, it was the size we usually send out. We understand the greenery was slightly different than the photo online, but we can never make an exact carbon copy of the web photo as that is based on availability at time of purchase. Very, very disappointed. Small in size and diameter. For 118.00 I really expected more. I have bought flowers from other florist, for the price,that puts your arrangement to shame. Needless to say, never again!

This arrangement cost was $100 which falls in our medium or coffee table size range ($80-120). Our flowers are sometimes more costly than our competitors due to the extreme freshness of our product. Flowers from South America arrive to us within a day or two of being cut from the farm. That takes many hands on product, which isn't cheap, but it is quality. If this arrangement doesn't last at least 2 weeks with proper care, that is when we have not done our job.Less

We had our designer change out to use orange gerberas with yellow and purple accents. You should be receiving an updated photo shortly.Less

If you take a look at the date on the email you've responded to, this is an order you placed a year ago. The current picture should be in an email that came today. We did make and have already delivered your roses. I will call you.
We ordered two arrangements, the other was beautiful. This, however, is not what we were expecting from the “Peach Blossom” arrangement - you can look it up on their website and see how it should look. We understand the flowers are based on availability and it's a holiday, as it's not our first time ordering from here or any flower shop but this review is primarily for the customer service from the woman who picked up the phone at George's when we called specifically when the email and text message says: “Please review your order! If you are not satisfied, please call us before reviewing so we can fix it!” We called and said the colors didn't really coordinate, primarily the pink and purple flowers where she then began to lecture me how it's noted it's based on availability online, which we already know, again was seeing if there's a way to make it look more cohesive. She then starts to get defensive and states “it looks beautiful to me”, but the flowers aren't for her neither paid by her. She then informs me that the arrangement is already out for delivery and if any changes are needed the flowers they'll have to be brought back, modified, and sent out again after again just receiving the note to review the arrangements for any feedback but again never confirmed if they can actually make the colors look coordinated and not thrown together, which given that it was a holiday we imagine it was slim odds. We inquired typically how long after the photos are sent do we have to review it and provide the feedback that is literally stated on the messages where she immediately goes on the defense saying “photos are a courtesy, nothing else” while once again the message is to call if you're not satisfied. We told her we were inquiring because it seems like mixed messaging but again she was determined to have an excuse for everything, while again this is not our first time ordering from them. If there are no modifications then either the messaging should change or the woman delivering that news. We've ordered dozens of arrangements from here over the years but because of this interaction with this woman we'll be looking for better customer service elsewhere. Edited to add after store response: Thanks for not fully reading my response at all, the customer service really shines through management too. I also appreciated the text and email asking for feedback and improvements even today when they seem to really value their customers. I'd give zero stars if I could.

It is also worth mentioning you ordered an arrangement that was not on our designated Mother's Day menu. Therefore, like any arrangement not on the holiday menu, they will be subject to substitutions. We did offer to pick it up and change it, but you declined. On a day when we have 200+ orders to deliver, there is no way we can hold every order for approval. You are more than welcome to bring your business elsewhere.Less
This was not what I ordered. I asked for two types of flowers. I had to have it returned and has no options to get what was needed/requested. George's has always been so good and trusted- maybe it was the busy Mothers Day weekend? Thanks for the photo to identify.
I have credited your account for the mix up. Sorry about that misunderstanding! For future reference, an arrangement of only callas and tulips on a holiday weekend is usually not doable which is why we often offer a mix to include the requested flowers.
I really wasn't happy!!! I saw the roses you did for someone else and they didn't look real they were so beautiful. That was What I was expecting. Just very disappointed. You said they would look better in person they did not!!!!!

I am not happy with this. I requested peonies, ranunculus, and hydrangeas…and said it could be delayed to tomorrow to accommodate. Very disappointing.

This is a $55 arrangement. Most of our arrangements start in that range so I can assure you it was filled to value.
Wow not much for 45.00 but I will be ok! Was hoping for a little more but it is what it is. Glad I got a photo so I won't be disappointed when I see it.

A major disappointment. This was a gift for Easter for my Beloved. She was pleased by my thoughtfulness but within two days, some the petals had fallen off, the flowers were so tightly arranged in the vase that she could not get them out to refresh the stems by cutting. While I am no expert on flower arrangement and I appreciated the picture, it certainly didn't remind me of Spring time but more of a random arrangement old flowers surrounding uninteresting greenery. When I asked her how they were holding up for her family visit toda, she gave me the assessment I have written above They did not survive for the family arrival. On the bright side, the person taking the order was very pleasant and helpful, the delivery was punctual I have dealt with you for years but will reconsider placing another order in the future. The sample "Artisan's Choice" compared to this??? This is probably the worst arrangement I have ever seen - the colors, the flower combination...and a day late to boot! This is unacceptable.

This was a hospital order and your recipient was not assigned a room until after our delivery hours yesterday. We cannot deliver to the hospital until their staff can confirm a room for us. It is also worth noting, the arrangement is exactly as it is called, an artisan's choice. This means you give us free reign to choose the flowers. The photo online is an example of style, not a carbon copy of what your arrangement will look like. One of our staff did reach out to discuss all of this with you. They left a voicemail for you, emailed, and spoke with a coworker who stated he would pass the message along.Less

I would pay $100 for this arrangement, not $180. It looks so cheap. I don't know how you have 5 stars. I will give you 1 stars.
