Sorry, not satisfied. Way too plain. Do not like the lack of variety and do not like the lack of colors—need some purples and blues added In. For the price especially not what I wanted.

Usually you deliver beautiful flowers. I saw this arrangement today (2/29)..and flowers were already dead. It was very disappointing. ☹

The container that was requested took up much of the cost. Our arrangements are priced by size and usually our smallest arrangement will start at $50. At $60 we were not left with much to work with (once the price of the container came out) when it came to flowers. Even still, we were able to involve some miniature lilies along with carnations and daisies. In the future if you would prefer premium flowers you need to make that known so that we are able to give you a more accurate pricing estimate.

1 I asked for no Gerber's or no lilies and ask for a mixed arrangement with carnations roses and some daisies and Poms that is not what I see it doesn't look like $50 worth to me you came recommended from a friend that lives in Roanoke

My husband, Dean ordered these for $70 to be delivered locally in Roanoke. I truly appreciate the photo. It looks like a lot of filler and I am wondering if it is correct that there are only 2 roses in a $70 arrangement?

A couple things, this arrangement was priced at $50 for a total of $62.60 with tax & delivery. It was requested that this arrangement have as many long-lasting flowers in it as possible which is why there are not many roses. While our roses are rated to last at least a week with the right care, many people do not consider them long-lasting and we did not want to disappoint. I am sorry you are unhappy with the arrangement, but I assure you that it was filled to the $50 value & met all specifications made by Dean.

The picture of flowers that I ordered didn't loom like this. The pot was round and most of the flowers were yellow.the balloons were of 3 and not just 1.

The flowers are fantastic. The attitude and customer service are not. If you want to pay more for better flowers and don't care about anything else, this is the place for you. If you would like to pay more for better flowers AND also want to be spoken to respectfully and treated like a valued customer...this is NOT the place for you. My family and I have given George's a lot of business over the years, and the service has definitely gone downhill. We used to be proud customers, but not anymore. I won't give these guys my business, and other members of my family who still use George's do so reluctantly (again, their flowers are awesome). My advice to you, if you're reading this review, is to spend your money somewhere else where you will be treated like they care you're giving them your money. Unless you don't mind also paying for attitude and disorganization.

Hey guys, I wanted to share my honest feedback about our arrangement, without blasting you on social media. First of all, I want to share what a positive EXPERIENCE I had with George's. A close friend of our family had to have an extremely extensive surgery that ended turning into weeks in the ICU, and a second procedure. Your team followed up w me daily, sharing that they continued to try to deliver, and kept my order on hold. As a matter of fact, they did such a great job, that I knew the status of my friend daily without having to check in w his family everyday bc you team did such a fabulous job following up! We usually order flowers through online retailers for sake of convenience, and enjoying the process of getting to select the bouquet. This time I decided to choose a local florist, trying to cut out the middleman and help a local small business. We were quite disappointed with our bouquet. We spent $60, and the bouquet appears to be the size of a $30-40 arrangement we usually send from online retailers. I had discussed with the associate when I placed my order to go w smaller cube container, but larger arrangement, versus larger vase w smaller arrangement. We discussed bright spring colored arrangement. If you view the photo that was sent to us, this is not what I perceived to have discussed. Not only was it disappointing in size, but the aesthetics of the color scheme is definitely lacking. Not sure what the theme/goal was here? There seems to be a hodgepodge of whatever was left in the fridge, with no real valuable flowers present (maybe the couple of irises?). Mediocre at best. I was left feeling like I made a mistake choosing the local florist, chalked it up to an opportunity to learn the hard way. Then, same day, one of my associates at work received one of the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating!! I am a gardener who keeps a fresh cut bouquet in my own home at all times and this bouquet was absolutely stunning!! Now I am well aware that you get what you pay for when it comes to arrangements, and this was likely $150+, but it was magnificent. I was shocked when I looked at the card, only to find that it came from the same florist as my disappointing arrangement today. This arrangement was sent to Madeline Perry at Banfield Pet Hospital this afternoon. Hers was filled with stargazer lilies, peach roses, pink snapdragons, eucalyptus, all kinds of unique foliage. Things I had never seen or thought to put together, combined for one of the most spectacular arrangements I have ever seen. The color scheme was absolutely stunning. After seeing that, I am curious if I just got a lemon arrangement, or what happened. Madeline's bouquet leaves me wanting to try George's again. Please don't misunderstand, I know that bouquet was no where near $60. But the presentation and professional job is what made this arrangement so spectacular. The coordination of color and texture. I encourage you to look at her bouquet, and then the one we received. I expected this level of professionalism w a local florist, on a much smaller scale for $60. Not angry. No intention of hurting you on social media w my experience. Just felt you deserved to hear why we were disappointed, and that the beautiful arrangement another received on the same day leaves us hopeful for a better experience next time. Thanks so much, Julie

When we spoke on the phone you were given the option of picking an alternative container of your choosing or changing the arrangement entirely. Per our second conversation, after we saw your review, you were informed that the arrangement had not gone out for delivery yet & could still be changed to suit your preference. However, you opted to send this arrangement as pictured.

I feel for my 100 dollars I was told and stated I wanted roses in the arrangement and I see all I paid for is the low price flowers which are carnations ! This is the second time I have been told there would be roses and I didn't receive any ! I am very disappointed and I feel I have you another chance . You failed again ! The last time I lost my grandmother and it was a 300 dollar arrangement .. I feel when we lose out family member or a dear friend it is most important you get this arrangements correct it's the only thing left you can send to show your love and I feel as a customer you need to make sure that love is sent ! I assure you that despite the lack of roses, your arrangement was filled to value; Gerbera daisies are the same price as roses and hydrangea are quite expensive premium flowers as well.
