Hi Nancy, when you ordered you had seen the warm embrace online and asked for this arrangement with more florals added. We wanted to keep with the same look and feel of the arrangement so we did just add the additional roses. You did not specify you wanting a mixed fall bouquet. It is also important to be prompt when responding and call us, we would have been happy to make that switch for you on Friday, before it was delivered.

We take exception to being accused of taking advantage of the grieving. Our flowers are priced the same across the board for all occasions. We order farm direct for the freshest, most long-lasting blooms- This increases our prices well beyond that of grocery stores who are selling very old flowers. It is important to note, you ordered an extra add-on by accident and we called you to ask if you wanted to be refunded for it since it was a duplicate. You chose to forgo a refund and add more flowers into your arrangement. So not only are we not frivolously upcharging, we offered to give you money back when we absolutely did not have to do that- Which you declined. No one even attempted to upcharge you as you placed your order by yourself online with no outside influence.

My driver knocked on the door and called the recipient with the phone number you provided for them as we do for all orders before we will consider leaving them at the door. I am not sure why they did not come to the door, but our usual efforts were made to ensure they were alerted to their gift waiting for them at the door.

There is a reason you found this arrangement in the sympathy section. We only allow arrangements to be ordered from the Mother's Day menu for the holiday, but we also leave sympathy active for funerals that may happen during the week. Most sympathy arrangements are one-sided because they will be against a wall at a funeral home. Next time, stick to the menu for the occasion and you won't have any issues. Hope this helps!

Your entire order with tax and delivery was $93, the arrangement itself was $75 which is the premium version of our Sassy Daisies. Standard is 3 daisies, Deluxe is 5, and Premium is 7, so your order is filled to its complete value. For reference, our small size arrangements range from $50-80. Thanks for speaking with Julia about this! We're glad you seem to like it now since you did not want any changes made. It is worth noting for our readers, this is a very large arrangement and our designers are familiar with the english garden style, this does reflect that requested design. While it doesn't have any of the flowers you just listed, you did not request any of those specifics when placing your order. It does include roses, lisianthus, gerberas, and stock which are all premium flowers!
