We wanted to keep with the same look and feel of the arrangement so we did just add the additional roses. You did not specify you wanting a mixed fall bouquet. It is also important to be prompt when responding and call us, we would have been happy to make that switch for you on Friday, before it was delivered.

These flowers were very expensive. For what I paid, I expected more. I feel like you take advantage of folks trying to get flowers for funerals. The arrangement was small and although pretty not worth the $140.00 that I paid when everything was said and done.

We take exception to being accused of taking advantage of the grieving. Our flowers are priced the same across the board for all occasions. We order farm direct for the freshest, most long-lasting blooms- This increases our prices well beyond that of grocery stores who are selling very old flowers. It is important to note, you ordered an extra add-on by accident and we called you to ask if you wanted to be refunded for it since it was a duplicate. You chose to forgo a refund and add more flowers into your arrangement. So not only are we not frivolously upcharging, we offered to give you money back when we absolutely did not have to do that- Which you declined. No one even attempted to upcharge you as you placed your order by yourself online with no outside influence.

Delivery was speedy however driver left on front porch when someone was home to accept, and HALF of the flowers were dead/wilted by the time the arrangement was found. For over $100 on an arrangement, I would expect hand delivery to ensure quality if at all possible. Phone # is 678-713-9212 if you'd like to chat more.

There is a reason you found this arrangement in the sympathy section. We only allow arrangements to be ordered from the Mother's Day menu for the holiday, but we also leave sympathy active for funerals that may happen during the week. Most sympathy arrangements are one-sided because they will be against a wall at a funeral home. Next time, stick to the menu for the occasion and you won't have any issues. Hope this helps!

I always LOVE your arrangements, but this one was not what I was expecting. The flowers were gorgeous, but I didn't like the crazy things that were sticking out to add height. They looked like an after thought. This won't stop me from ordering more arrangements from you, but,I'll have to be more specific about what I want.

This is the first ever, that I received flowers and couldn't tell they were from George's😞 just plain roses no baby breaths or something. George's has a standard of sending out nothing bot the best...Very disappointed, maybe you were short of help.

Frankly, this is a disappointment. Three Gerber daisies in greenery for $70 is quite less than expected. I could hear that in my aunt‘s voice when we talked to her as well.

It is worth noting for our readers, this is a very large arrangement and our designers are familiar with the english garden style, this does reflect that requested design. While it doesn't have any of the flowers you just listed, you did not request any of those specifics when placing your order. It does include roses, lisianthus, gerberas, and stock which are all premium flowers!

This is a gigantic plant. Perhaps you can't tell in the photo, but it is very large and I can assure you, to value. Finding a plant this large for under $100 is almost unheard of, this one was $85.

Actually I was disappointed when I saw the flowers in person yesterday. For the money I think it should have been better. And they were already starting to wilt after one day. Sorry, George's but for a total of everything being $150 it should have looked better in my opinion.
