You did a really nice job, and I enjoyed receiving a photo.

The flower arrangement was flawless. A dozen lilies and a dozen roses. They put them together perfectly. But, I asked for them to be delivered a day before Valentine's day. The receptionist messed up and made it for Valentine's day. They misspelled my girlfriend's name. Hopefully they didn't charge me a delivery fee as I came to pickup my order. Beyond that, it was good.

The flowers were great my wife enjoyed them. The person delivering them did not wait very long for my wife to answer the doorbell. They were left alongside my garage door, instead of the front door. Thank you.

Ordered flowers from another state by phone. Best customer service I hv recvd in years! Easy ordering, pleasant and precise. Follow-up was superb; sent pic of actual arrangement.....was perfect like the picture. Will definitely order from them again.

A contractor delivered roses, but one was completely broken. Unable to reach them on the phone, I emailed customer support. They insisted I bring the entire arrangement to them for repairs, despite having already paid almost $40 for delivery. Regrettably, this exact issue had occurred last year, but they had resolved it by sending out another arrangement. I was assured that they would no longer employ that contractor. On a positive note, I've ordered flowers for occasions other than major holidays, and they've always arrived undamaged and looking beautiful. However, I was disappointed this time and didn't have the time to return the flowers on Valentine's Day. Consequently, I won't be paying for delivery for flowers on holidays in the future.

I order from you all multiple times a year. Typically the flowers last long but this last order I bought did not last less than a weekend and did not come with any food (I don't know if it does normally) I typically have a great experience with great staff and understand that it was Valentine's Day so it's busy and high demand but the quality of this order was lacking

We ordered an arrangement for a funeral and were very pleased with the finished product. It was among the best arrangements there. The flowers were very fresh, fragrant, and beautiful. I have never been disappointed by George's and recommend them for all occasions.
