I'm not from Virginia but needed to send flowers to a Roanoke funeral home. George's was highly recommended by a local person. I am very pleased with my interaction with the business. Ordering by phone was a pleasant experience and receiving a picture of the finished arrangement was much appreciated.

Dear George: Yes, I very much liked getting a photo of this arrangement. Also, I thought you had the best selection of Christmas arrangements on your website. However, my mother-in-law told me that her red roses didn't last more than one day. You kindly sent her another arrangement of flowers to replace her dead roses. Thank you for doing that. Hi Nancy, We do not send out old flowers. The rose shipment of last week had some quality issues due to the flower farm's bad weather. This is why we sent another arrangement to her free of charge with no questions asked.
