I placed my order late, so was charged $150 for the flowers…fine. The picture I ordered from showed it w baby's breath and it had none. So, not wonderful honestly.

Super cute little plant pot, and it was ready early. Brought my plant living four year old with me to pick up and everyone was so sweet letting him check out the flowers. Lovely experience!

Flowers are beautiful. Service was terrible! Flowers arrived at 6:30 pm. That was totally unexpected and undesirable. Hopefully, this will improve next year!

Hi Tom, On our biggest holiday of the year it is not uncommon for our deliveries to run until later in the day. Perhaps next time if you need your flowers by a certain time we can arrange a timed delivery for you.

Glad you liked the flowers! Our normal delivery hours are between 9am-5:30pm, I do see that she did receive it at 5:00pm. For the future, if you would like it at a specific time, please indicate so on the order so that we can accommodate. For Valentine's Day specifically we had over 430 orders and 6 contract drivers not show up, we were delivering that day until 8:00pm.
