My daughter Mackenzie and her colleague recently opened a brand-new salon—Cultivate Hair Co. in Roanoke—and as a former florist myself, I knew I wanted to send the perfect floral arrangement for their grand opening. Since I don't live in Roanoke, I did a lot of research and read tons of reviews before choosing George's Flowers… and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I called in and spoke with Casper, I felt confident I was in good hands. I shared my vision and some flower and greenery suggestions, and Casper really listened. The designer took that vision and brought it to life beautifully. The arrangement was stunning—elegant, fresh, and completely fitting for such a special day. Mackenzie said it was the perfect finishing touch to their opening, and both she and her clients have continued to enjoy it. To top it off, my mom also ordered flowers from George's that same day, and Mackenzie mentioned how kind and professional the delivery person, Nick, was. It's rare to find a business that delivers on both creativity and customer service the way George's does. I'll absolutely be using them again for any future floral needs in Roanoke!

We were somewhat disappointed by the photo of the delivered arrangement. It lacked the contrast in colors and density of greenery that led my siblings and I to choose the spray we did. As pictured on the website, the contrast in colors and thickness of the greenery provided for an arrangement that was beautiful, elegant and a statement piece. This was important for us for our sister in laws funeral. While the arrangement you designed was pretty, we would not have chosen to pay $300 for it. I will say you were timely in your delivery and customer service.

I don't like the bow. While I am no florist, I feel that the printed ribbon looks cheap and distracts from the arrangement. I like getting the photo
