I didn't care for the way this came out. It's called Ocean/Summer Dunes but my daughter liked them. Doesn't look like the one on the website. I didn't change it because they needed to be delivered that day.

The size of the arrangement appears to be as advertised. However, the distribution of the pink and white blooms in the middle to bottom part of the basket look to be haphazardly placed.

Although the flowers were beautiful and the service great, I paid an additional fee to enlarge the arrangement and it looks the same size as the photo I selected. I expected a bit more for the additional cost.

The flowers were nice but for the cost of almost $70 I have to say I was underwhelmed and disappointed when I saw them.

I am truly sorry that you were not totally satisfied with your floral gift. Out of your almost $70, your floral gift was for a $50 vase (filled to value if not more) + $5 mylar balloon + $10.95 delivery + $2.92 in sales tax.

Thanks for the survey. My rating would have been much higher but the card from you with the peace lilly to Mrs Anderson had a typo. It was signed "Riches buddies in the Roanoke Caucus" rather than the correct spelling "Rich's buddies in the Roanoke Caucu

These are lovely but does not really resemble the Blush Rose Bouquet I ordered based on your photos online (Sky T186-1A) which appeared to be much fuller and with no miniature roses.

Honestly it was beautiful and arrived in good order on time but was not what I ordered. I am allergic to lilies and as lovely and fragrant as it was the substitution of lilies for the tulips was a disappointment to me since I couldn't go anywhere near it

I have to admit that I am a little confused by your review. Your floral gift did not contain any lilies. The main flowers in your gift are roses and tulips accented with red hypericum berries, seeded eucalyptus, gold balls and greenery.

While the picture shows well, I saw the flowers in person and was stunned that Georges would charge $100+ for this arrangement. Im sure the flowers are of premium quality - however very disappointed.

It needed more purple in between the lillies with longer stems. It looks a little off because the purple flowers are so low. Or the lillies should have been cut off a little to make it more full looking. Guess I wasn't clear enough. I am okay with it.

Unfortunately it appears that we did not meet your expectations. The calla lilies are a very long and wide stem flower and the stock that you requested is a much shorter stem.

The colors are very pretty for fall and exactly what was requested. It appears to not be as full on top as I would have expected and the colors are not as uniform throughout, but I'm no florist designer. I really like being able to see what we send. This

The $120 includes a delivery charge of $14.95 and $5.30 in sales tax. Unfortunately with most pictures, you can only see one side of the arrangement & not all the way around. Sending the picture of your arrangement is something that we have implemented within the last few weeks. We are pleased to hear that our customers are happy with the new level of customer service.
