I definitely appreciate receiving a photo, and also appreciate that the arrangement is being delivered today. I was persuaded to replace the baby's breath with alstromeria (sp?), but I think I would have liked that plus the baby's breath. It looks a little dull in the photo, but maybe I'm wrong. Also, maybe in the future you all could reduce the delivery charge?

Arrangement is perfect. Thank you. Received picture 4 days after delivery. Glad it was perfect certainly no time to correct if it wasn't. Never received a confirmation even after a phone call and a different phone number given, email was also verified, nothing received. But received this evaluation just fine. Designers did a great job following preferences. Book keeping needs some fine tuning.

Love getting a photo!! Its so hard to tell in a photo but the colors seem so dull compared to the picture on your website. I don't remember the raffia bow either. Not a raffis fan. Could we just tie a piece of colored ribbon around it? Not a big bow or anything. Many thanks. I really want it to be pretty. They have bern so nice to me!
