These flowers are beautiful but I was expecting a photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered, not the stock photo in the ad.

I was expecting sunflowers, because I expressed a special liking of them. However I asked that Cary design something bright and cheerful, knowing the recipients, and this is beautiful.

Unfortunately, we cannot force the plants to bloom. They go in and out of bloom constantly through the year, but we always make sure to send healthy plants that will bloom as long as they are properly cared for. If we could only send all blooming all the time, we would!

Nice. Guess I was thinking lighter pink color for roses, but these are okay. Looks like a sprig of babies breath missing on left side of arrangement in the picture. It is nice, but not what I expected from George's, with your reputation for creativ

Web site was a bit of a challenge to navigate. Delivery person did not read info correctly and called the wrong phone number-minor issue. We had asked for a afternoon delivery and the flowers came at 10 am. The flowers were what we ordered.

There was only one phone number listed on your order and you did not pay for timed delivery. There is an additional charge to receive a timed delivery. The instructions were followed to call the number provided, that was your number.
