Only issue. Photo came after delivery and not before.

The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. While delivery was on time…I got a confirmation for delivery about 20 minutes before they were actually delivered. When I got to the church and they weren't there yet it created a lot of angst that they had been delivered to the wrong place. The pastor ran around the church thinking they may have been dropped off somewhere other than the sanctuary. I had to take the time to call the florist and while on the phone the delivery truck pulled up. Moving forward I strongly recommend that a confirmation not be sent until delivery has actually been made.

The bow does not feel neat otherwise looks very nice.

Loved the flowers which were beautiful on my dining table. I picked it up Wednesday morning and it looked great until the small pink roses and zinnias began to fade Friday evening. I did have to remove those flowers Saturday at noon. Thank you to julie and the designer. They were both friendly and helpful. Love receiving the photo

The arrangement was lovely, although I thought it would be a little different according to the discussion I had with Casper. Thank you for helping me with choosing one that would be more patriotic for my brother-in-law's funeral. Yes, I do like getting a photo, as there was a chance that we might not have been able to attend the service. It's thoughtful of you and appreciated.

I have not seen it in person, but the recipient loved it!!! You all were so nice to work with, very helpful, and it was delivered right on time. I had many questions, my parents owned flower shops when I was growing up, so I am very particular when it comes to sending flowers...! Julie and Casper were very kind and helpful, and I greatly appreciate it!
