I came into the shop and saw the arrangement in person. The photo is a great idea however. I wonder if the jar had some embellishment before it went out. A straw ribbon or something. I hope so. The colors were vibrant. Just what I wanted. Thanks.

What I ordered looked a little better than what this picture looks like and a little better than the picture she send me. Just got word from the fiance though and she seems to love the arrangement. The picture she sent actually looks better than the one

Staff were professional. Delivery was timely. Design could have been more interesting by using a varigated plant or plants with more contrast in size or color. While similar, this picture is not the actual arrangement sent.

Per our conversation, you requested that one rose be removed in order to add a stem or two of hydrangea. As you can see in the photo, the hydrangea has been included, therefore a rose was removed for that substitution,

Promised delivery time for funeral visitation did not happen! Flowers NOT delivered until the next morning. When flowers arrived for the delayed funeral service, they were quite beautiful. Please don't promise and not deliver.
