Very customer friendly however when asked for a little purple touch to the arrangement and keep it girlie, the stark ribbon was definitely not what I had in mind and definitely did not enhance the otherwise pretty arrangement. The designer should have known better than that. Aside from that I was pleased.

The flowers are absolutely fresh. You are seeing that arrangement from a downward angle instead of front facing like on the site, that's what's making it look different. Hope this helps!

The flower arrangement was better than I expected. Delivery was prompt, though directions were not completely followed (I said to leave the flowers on the table next to the door, but the delivery man knocked and waited for me to answer the door). Also the flower shop had a question about my order, which I responded to, but I never heard back from them. Not the best business practice. Still I would recommend this florist as I did get what I paid for overall. I just wish people would read instructions and reply to messages when conducting business.

Casper was a great deal of help & I'd like to mention that. He went out of his way to help me get this done & I truly appreciate that. As far as the arrangement I'm a little disappointed by the all white lillys. He said they might be all one color & Pink instead of purple but otherwise it's very pretty.

It was great working with you, Angela! Like I mentioned, yours was the last order of the day on a Friday, so there will be substitutions. I mentioned pink was most likely, but it seems they thought the white were fresher for your arrangement. Hope this helps!
