I really wasn't happy!!! I saw the roses you did for someone else and they didn't look real they were so beautiful. That was What I was expecting. Just very disappointed. You said they would look better in person they did not!!!!!

How are we to know it needs to be fixed? If you had voiced your concerns we could have made it right before you left.
