Thank you for the excellent customer service. It was very nice knowing you would call the hospital once or twice a day to learn if the recipient was in ICU or a room and then to notify me of her status and the delivery. Yes, I loved receiving the picture and the prompt delivery. From the picture, it appears that a few petals are wilted or crushed. Was that true? It looked the same in the picture the recipient sent. I also liked being able to talk to a real person! That's important.
