The flowers were SO cute!! The actual product looked even better than the picture! The staff was awesome. I didn't realize I couldn't send flowers to a specific area so the staffed called the hospital every day until it could be delivered. They truly went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again.

Crap..... this was not what we ordered honestly first time we've been disappointed. The manager was rude honestly I have spent alot of money here. For you to be rude to my wife.

No one was rude to your wife. We offered to make the changes we were capable of making same day and she accepted those changes. Flowers grow from the ground and I informed her that if someone is particular about colors it is recommended to come into the store to see samples prior to ordering as we can never guarantee anything natural to be exact. She ordered online and our website clearly states "Due to the unique nature of flowers, flowers may need to vary. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute product of equal or greater value." This is the agreement made when web orders are placed.
