The original order placed through our website was for Southern Charm, but when you called our shop, you let us know that you had actually intended to order Brighten Your Day. We were happy to make the change for you, even though the original order had already been submitted online.
Our team prepared the new arrangement, sent over a new photo for you to see, and also refunded the difference in price between the two arrangements. We truly hope you're pleased with the arrangement that is being delivered and appreciate the opportunity to make the change and get you the design you intended. The Flowers were Beautiful as i knew they would be, when i was there in the shop, it was a nice visit, everyone was warm and friendly. George has assembled a great team.
