In person the flowers looked very dry, colorless and dead. The design didn't feel cohesive. I was very underwhelmed and expressed my concern to an employee. My order was changed completely and the florist let me hand pick a new bouquet. I was very impressed, relieved and thankful 🙏 😌 😊 THE FLOWER GODS CAME THOUGH! My new order was more vibrant and cohesive. Thank you to everyone who helped me get the perfect flowers for my photoshoot! 💕✨️

I apologize for this being so late. It was for my daughter in law who is pregnant and wanted something small for her. Something must have happened during delivery, the Front Desk Check-in @ Carilion Family Medicine Colonial Ave accepted it n put at my deskmy Several of the flowers the stems were broken, the box it was in was soaked with water n the bottom fell out. I took the broken ones out rearranged, found a box at work put lots of paper towels in the bottom and went on my merry way out of town to visit my Son and Daughter in Law. All in all it turned out well

Gorgeous flowers and gorgeous arrangement. Ordered internationally for a friend celebrating her birthday. Their website was super easy to use and they have a variety of payment options. Flowers are super fresh and vibrant. My friend loved it. Thank you for helping me make her day!
