George's was very helpful, accommodating, and willing to change the floral content of our arrangement to suit our preferences. Alyssa did a FINE job of accepting our order and "taking dictation" regarding the message to be placed on our card. We actually needed to call in (after hours) to ensure that a small mistake we had made was corrected. The automated service we reached was just excellent. CLEARLY, an effective utilization of AI to better serve customers!! It is nice to see the actual arrangement, as well. Nice job, George's!!

Patricia, the value of your order was priced at $75, after taxes and the delivery fee it came out to $96.93. I can assure you that it was filled to value based on what you spoke about with our sales representative. I did look at the transcripts and it seems like a flag was mentioned in the first arrangement she recommended but not the second one. If you have any issues in the future it is best to reach out as soon as possible at our shop number (540)981-0900 so we can address it promptly. This arrangement went out for delivery around 9 AM so it is no longer in shop for us to make any changes. We do hope once you see it in person that you will be satisfied.

The arrangement was absolutely spectacular!! I couldn't be any happier. EVERYONE who attended the party commented on it. It's the most beautiful and creative arrangement I've seen in MANY years and certainly the most gorgeous one I've ever sent anyone. I only wish I lived in the Roanoke area so I could do business with you regularly. I very much appreciate being sent the photograph, however, I'm so glad I got to see the arrangement in person, because the picture doesn't come close to capturing the beauty of your work. This stunning arrangement deserves 10 stars. Thank you so very much.

An employee named Bejamin helped me select what to send to my male cousin who is in the hospital due to a car wreck. I live in SC , so I needed the help. Benjamin did an excellent job in helping me find the perfect gifts for my cousin. I am so very pleased and impressed. I love how everything turned out. It is just perfect.
