This is still not what I had in mind for a $75 arrangement, especially when I switched out the specialty pumpkin vase for a plain glass one. I expected at least one hydrangea and a larger vase. Thanks for trying to fix it.

I wish I would've picked one of the ones that had the actual flower count. I cannot believe I chose let the florist make the arrangement I had a feeling that might've been a bad idea so I even upgraded to the top level priced out at $150 and it looks like I would've got way more for the money if I'd selected one of the pictures with a flower count. Not happy.

The flowers looked nothing like the ones pictured online and were frankly sad looking. I was disappointed sending them to my sister in law for her birthday. She deserved better.

The colors are not what was ordered. When I was called to say there would be yellow roses instead of orange, I was told there would still be purple. Very disappointed and would appreciate some sort of explanation and discount as this does not match what was ordered.

Sorry, this does not look like a $95 arrangement. I'm not pleased with this. I would not have chosen designers selection if I had any idea that this is what it would be.

I still haven't received flowers so I can't give feedback on something i don't have but looking at picture they look pitiful i will be unhappy already unhappy cuz they aren't here

Ordered one with purple and stargazer lilies. Not what I got. Container is different as well. Not $100+ worth of flowers! Not satisfied or happy. So much for a 50th birthday present for one who loves purple and stargazers.

For $79.00 the pot could have looked much better and ceramic not that ugly cheap looking wicker. The flower arrangement was beautiful. And that plat plant is most likely in an ugly green pot. Where is the lily on the backside and you didn't put a ribbon on this sympathy plant I would not recommend your business to anyone else.

There wasn't much green or white in the original picture of the flowers I ordered. So this looks dramatically different. This was a little disappointing.

I specifically ordered a sunflower arrangement . I did sign their disclosure that said they could swap out flowers blah blah. When they sent me a picture, there was not even one sunflower in the bouquet. Yet there are over 8 different arrangements online with sunflowers. I am not happy!

What part of “Life” goes with “Mother”and “Mamaw?” Who couldn't figure out that should've read “Wife?” And when I called you from the visitation and asked you to have this corrected by her service, you said you would. It was the only flowers at my mom's funeral. (We had people donate to charity in lieu of..)It was next to her casket. You had no problem correctly charging over $300 w my credit card yet you couldn't make this right. Shame on you for not caring enough to fix it.

I placed an order for the “nicest blooming seasonal plant”, which is on your website for $49.95 however, I did pay more to get more than one blooming plant. I asked the lady I spoke with if it would have flowers on it and she said yes, it will have blooming flowers. The picture I've just received has no blooms.

Unfortunately, after receiving this picture at 8:30am this morning the flowers have yet to be delivered. When calling, it sounded as if I was talking to some sort of answering service. Disappointing experience
