Do not deliver. I am disappointed in this arrangement. The design is no better than I could have done myself at home. For $150 I expect more creativity and something attractive that is up to Boswell standards as well as mine. This does not meet that design standard. Please cancel this order and refund. I will reconsider my options. Appreciate getting the photo before delivery. Thank you. Paul Orr

I'm appreciative of the photo but this does not look like what I ordered and includes flowers I requested not be included.

Will not order from here again. Didn't receive confirmation of delivery as stated in FAQ. Arrangement receives a 2/5 stars.

She had them 3 days and they are wilted. Bought her flowers from Sam's on Sunday and they still look great and over $100 less

It was not what I wanted it was for a man in the hospital not a funeral they look like flowers for a funeral and the fruit basket was not much at all I paid too much for what I got I did t get a photo unti they had delivered it

Is this what you sent? As I was looking at other flower shops in Fort Worth for a $90 Sympathy arrangement looked allot nicer than this. There were allot more flower. I'm just in shocked.

I ordered poinsettias!

Love the photo but unfortunately they only looked like that for one day they were wilting one day after arrival. I protected them and kept them watered and expected them to last at least 4-5 days. Very disappointed

The flowers for the price were not stuffed far enough thru the foam in matter 3 days 3/4 the flowers wilted pretty though

Horrible. Nothing like the picture online. Next time I will just go to central market and get flowers myself. Will never order from here again. Don't even deliver it. I am embarrassed to give it to my friend.

Disappointed for a it's a girl plant arrangement

This is still not what I had in mind for a $75 arrangement, especially when I switched out the specialty pumpkin vase for a plain glass one. I expected at least one hydrangea and a larger vase. Thanks for trying to fix it.

I wish I would've picked one of the ones that had the actual flower count. I cannot believe I chose let the florist make the arrangement I had a feeling that might've been a bad idea so I even upgraded to the top level priced out at $150 and it looks like I would've got way more for the money if I'd selected one of the pictures with a flower count. Not happy.

The flowers looked nothing like the ones pictured online and were frankly sad looking. I was disappointed sending them to my sister in law for her birthday. She deserved better.

The colors are not what was ordered. When I was called to say there would be yellow roses instead of orange, I was told there would still be purple. Very disappointed and would appreciate some sort of explanation and discount as this does not match what was ordered.

Sorry, this does not look like a $95 arrangement. I'm not pleased with this. I would not have chosen designers selection if I had any idea that this is what it would be.

Really disappointed. The flowers look nothing like the arrangement I chose. I do appreciate getting a picture of what they sent.

I still haven't received flowers so I can't give feedback on something i don't have but looking at picture they look pitiful i will be unhappy already unhappy cuz they aren't here

Not what i expected. The image on line showed more hydrangeas. The symmetry is off here as well.

Ordered one with purple and stargazer lilies. Not what I got. Container is different as well. Not $100+ worth of flowers! Not satisfied or happy. So much for a 50th birthday present for one who loves purple and stargazers.
