I paid quite a bit of money for this arrangement and it is nowhere near full as the example photo shows. Half of the arrangement has not even bloomed yet.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and explained I wanted my wife to be dazzled. I spent more than $200 and was assured she would be happy. The flowers that arrived were very disappointing in quality. Many were already wilting and half the vase was leaves, not flowers. I complained, they took them back and reissued the arrangement. They were “nice,” but hardly dazzling. My wife also got flowers from Gardenia's in Halstom City that cost less and were much better, impressive and higher quality. Will never use Boswell again.

You let us know your concerns with the first arrangement, so we created a beautiful fresh arrangement to your specifications to replace the original. 
We then sent you a photo of the replacement bouquet and called you directly to get your approval before sending the florals out for delivery.
You said the arrangement was better, but you would need to see it in person.
 After we delivered you sent a message letting us know your wife was pleased with the replacement.

The flowers were beautiful the day they arrived but by the next day, the smaller yellow (with dark pink tips) roses were wilted and drooped over and dying. Two of the tall purple stem had dead wilted flowers also. The carnations and the three orange roses are the only thing that lasted past the second day. For the money, I expected the arrangement to last at least until Friday after they were delivered on Monday. Just not happy with the quality of the flowers and probably won't purchase from this company again.

I got the pictures from Gordon Boswell and I had the person they were sent to take photos as well. They were similar but there were not as many flowers in them in the photos from the person to received them as what Gordon Boswell showed in their photo.

I don't really like it. The basket is too rough. A smooth look would work better. Pastel flowers. I like lavender pink light blue white. Sorry I wasn't more clear at first. Thanks.

Although the flowers are pretty you never send the flowers full like the picture. I order hear often and even speak with the agents to make sure it will mirror the photo. It never does.

Arrangement wasn't as good as I've experienced with Gordon Boswell. I'm the picture, the 9 stems surrounding the arrangement are way too long giving it a very strange and imbalanced effect. Had they been shortened and left straight would've made a big difference.

I was told that there would be only five carnations, and I am disappointed that there are so many of those and less of the other flowers. The arrangement is not near as full and beautiful as I thought It would be.

It is cut off. For $108 total, I hope there is some white flowers at the top. It's my favorite classy funeral arrangement I always send. I appreciate getting a photo tremendously but, very disappointed it being chopped off where you can't see the most important part! I'm out of state and apparently the Gordon Boswell close to her must be closed, so had an $18 delivery charge. That too was unexpected. Should use ftd like someone who lives states away from everyone in her circle. Was trying to support local businesses.

The arrangement does not look like the floral arrangement chosen from the website, which had all red flowers. The pink flowers were unexpected, since an emphasis on red flowers was made in the special request section of the order.
