Although the flowers are pretty you never send the flowers full like the picture. I order hear often and even speak with the agents to make sure it will mirror the photo. It never does.

I don't really like it. Looks like your little skimpy on the flowers. You can add more flowers to make it look fuller.

Arrangement wasn't as good as I've experienced with Gordon Boswell. I'm the picture, the 9 stems surrounding the arrangement are way too long giving it a very strange and imbalanced effect. Had they been shortened and left straight would've made a big difference.

I was told that there would be only five carnations, and I am disappointed that there are so many of those and less of the other flowers. The arrangement is not near as full and beautiful as I thought It would be.

I talked to a local florists who said Peonnies should be around $18 a stem and not $30. I was honestly disappointed with the arrangement but I was grateful you were open on a Sunday.

Flowers do not look fresh. Stems already look soggy and brown. Disappointed first time client. The arrangement looks days old.

This does not look balanced. The flowers look too long and are heavy on the side. The top looks hollow. Very disappointed. This is not the normal quality we see.

It is cut off. For $108 total, I hope there is some white flowers at the top. It's my favorite classy funeral arrangement I always send. I appreciate getting a photo tremendously but, very disappointed it being chopped off where you can't see the most important part! I'm out of state and apparently the Gordon Boswell close to her must be closed, so had an $18 delivery charge. That too was unexpected. Should use ftd like someone who lives states away from everyone in her circle. Was trying to support local businesses.

The arrangement does not look like the floral arrangement chosen from the website, which had all red flowers. The pink flowers were unexpected, since an emphasis on red flowers was made in the special request section of the order.

The arrangement looks nice. The driver left them OUTSIDE, IN THE HEAT?!!!! The driver didn't even call my recipient to make sure? Of this aspect, I am very, very disappointed!

This arrangement is very disappointing & hardly like the one I ordered. It looks messy & thrown together/unbalanced. It will be an embarrassment. I appreciate receiving the photo so I could see it.

The marble dish garden featured online was vibrant and a much better mix of flower to plant. This substitute lacked the color vibrancy and balance.

You delivered the flower arrangement to the restaurant more than 24 hours before the reservation. The driver was given that info & still left the arrangement with the restaurant!

Sorry but I was expecting more. Drove down to your store with a picture off your web site of what I was expecting and I feel like I got something less. She actually thought the flowers on top of the bouquet were already dead. I actually used your store back in the 1980's and 90's and thought you went above and beyond which is why I made a special trip to come in person. This time I was really disappointed.

Disappointed with the lighter colored purple vs the bold purple of my order selection. Also do not see near the same number of lilies as the order selection. It's pretty but not the boldness with the color I was hoping for when I ordered.
