First, let me say that this is a beautiful arrangement! I did pay to upgrade from the Premium version to add more value/flowers. So, while I understand that you all have to create arrangements based availability, I would have preferred that you all use something with a little more height to replace the Bells-of-Ireland if they were not available. The online photo had quite a bit more height on the ends, which is one of the reasons I chose it. Overall, I am satisfied with and appreciate the designers hard work! Thank you!

Appreciate the photo which mirrored the one the recipient sent. She was pleased with the flowers and the balloon was as advertised. I find Boswell pricey but they deliver on time and provide good service. Also have a good website. I have used them before and will do so again.
