Thank you so much for your help ordering yesterday! Being honest, the arrangement looks just a little empty to me, though I admit I'm not a professional at arranging, I would have thought maybe one more yellow rose or maybe some baby's breathe for some more fullness. But I admit, I wasn't that specific on the phone. I do love that you sent a picture! He hit the nail on the head with all of the colors. And that's part of why I like to support local businesses! The man who helped on the phone to order was very patient and kind. And, I must say that the phone call got cut off, and I resigned to be patient and give you all a call back later, but he surprised me with a call back! I was at work, a nurse, and often get pulled into situations where I'm distracted from personal tasks, so I very much appreciated him! Thank you all so much for getting them delivered today to help my friend's heart be a little lighter. 💙💛💙

Ordering from out of town & first time using you. I am so pleased with the ease of ordering, customer service, & getting the photo is great! This arrangement is very close to the pleased as punch arrangement online (inspo requested), I like the pleased as punch better. For the same price, this one looks to have more filler (greenery), less flowers. I am satisfied, but won't do designer's choice next time. Recipient loved them & delivery was fast. I will use Gordon Boswell again, I've already given your info to my son who is local.

First, let me say that this is a beautiful arrangement! I did pay to upgrade from the Premium version to add more value/flowers. So, while I understand that you all have to create arrangements based availability, I would have preferred that you all use something with a little more height to replace the Bells-of-Ireland if they were not available. The online photo had quite a bit more height on the ends, which is one of the reasons I chose it. Overall, I am satisfied with and appreciate the designers hard work! Thank you!

Little week on the purple stems, must have ran out. Could have added more greenery to fill in ….. but thank you for getting it to the church. Kathy
